Very rude Customer service. Even management has an attitude. All I did was ask for my receipt and the extra soda that I purchased. I received a bad attitude and was told I only ordered 1 soda. The manager made it seem like she was just giving it to me while having such a poor attitude. When I got my receipt, there went the soda that I was charged for. Every time Iāve come to this location, they get your order wrong and have the worst attitudes when you tell them. Itās not professional to have such a nasty attitude to people, especially to those customers that are kind.
Then I went a month ago and ordered items with cheese on them. They are bad at not giving you the receipt with your card. I always check my bag before leaving. I noticed that I paid for cheese and nothing had cheese on it, and I was missing an item. I parked and went inside and nicely informed them that the items didnāt have cheese! I also didnāt receive my items for my small child. Donāt you know the manager accused me of eating the items? They also put cheese on the items and warmed it up so hot. It almost burned my 6 year oldās mouth. Like why would I literally be in the drive thru and a second later eat items just to come inside about a $3 item? I didnāt touch a thing in the bag and they knew that! If you care about your items that you order, even with a receipt, they will have an attitude and argue about what you paid for! I just donāt understand why people are so rude and nasty to others! Like why work these kind of jobs if you act like you hate people?
Also, be careful who youāre rude to while working around people and their food. I work for the state and will reporting this...

They never dropped my french toast, but said they did. When i told them id been watching they replied with "oh" and then dropped them and said "the oil is dirty so there all like that. " got my french toast and it was lighter and fresher then what they tried to give me the first time. Got in work truck, took out my #6 Burrito took a bite and got nothing but bread. Open it up, no bacon at all, half a cold sausage, barely any eggs or hashbrowns. Absolutely the worst burrito ever. My 2yr old neice could do better. I couldn't even eat it. Immediately i call back, i speak to the manager, she tells me to come back and get my money. When i return with the food i see the manager who was the that morning. So i talk to her. Manager myasia was rude,ghetto , and had no customer service. Made me wait 30 min to talk to her. Blamed it on guest orders. Crazy thing is there were no guest orders after the 1st 15 min. Just remakes. Cuz should i waited i witnessed 12 misorders in that time. If this wasnt enough this chick when i finally get the chance to talk wants to talk about respect, which she has none off. Finally i get my money and out. I will never eat here again. New building with the same disgusting ghetto attitude as the old. GET YOUR FOOD SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT IT DONE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is truly one of the worst Burger Kings that I have been to. On a given day approximately one week ago I came in and placed an order. The order consisted of a large fries and two whoppers. After I made payment and my order was ready I did ask for a few packages to catch up well the cashier mentioned to me they do not have any ketchup in the store. I mentioned well I see you're putting ketchup on burgers how about if you put a little bit of ketchup in a cup for me so I can have it with the french fries. The manager who was standing within 5 ft in front of me told the cashier nope we can't give him any ketchup and we don't have any ketchup in the store. I then proceeded to ask well I don't want the fries please go ahead and refund me the money for French fries. Reluctantly she did. The moral of this story is I've never ran into a Burger King McDonald's Wendy's anything of that sort that did not have any ketchup at all. Also if that was the case I should have been informed that they do not have ketchup so I can base my decision on what I was going to order. Poor management...
