Serbea Living African Restaurant — Restaurant in Georgia

Been here a few times and also ordered Door dash from them but today will be the last time this place get my business.. Unsure if they were having a bad day or not but I ordered door dash pickup from them because they had a special for pick up and I get there my order is messed up sure it set me back but i am willing to look passed it... Than I ask them for extra pepper sauce and was told 1.00 each for a tiny container that is not even full after I waited an additional 5-10 minutes for them to fixed my order.. SMDH.. You would have thought i asked them for free food the way the staff was acting about extra pepper sauce. I have been to several African Restaurant around the area and has never been charged for pepper sauce none the less the ridiculous up charged of a 1.00 (wouldn't mind paying for the extra sauce but it the fact that when I asked her for two extra sauce she states to me well I already gave you two already with an attitude.. Okay are you determining how many pepper sauce my family should eat???? She could've said there's is an up charged instead of being rude and ignoring the request till i had to ask her again😒) Long story short what businesses doesn't realize is that word of mouth is a great marketing tool and they have definitely lost me or anyone that I would refer to them.. Go to Ivoire Market or Le Nouveau Marquez for some great food and good customer service.. I gave them 2 stars because the food was at least tasty and fresh but not worth the bad...

I ordered from this place a few times for the cassava leaf. 2nd time i asked for the cow foot to be removed the lady on the phone assured me it would be. I even asked again to make sure when i arrived to picked it up but when i got home BAM cow foot so i just removed it myself. Next time i order i didnt even bother to ask for it to be removed i just did it myself. Then there were times when they would say it'll be ready in 20 minutes I get there in 30 and still have to wait a few minutes. The last straw for me was the sudden undisclosed price change. Everytime i order usually without rice, the price was a consistent 14.84 then today I called and ordered 2 cassava leaf soups without rice and that was estimated to be $33 and some change. It was only a couple of dollars difference so I didn't mind paying the extra money but the events leading up to this was why i decided to find another...

Most of the time her food is not fresh it be old food and you can tell by the smell and taste I’m Liberian so I know old soups when I smell and taste it . The dry rice isn’t real dry rice she just seasons already cooked regular white rice and call it dry rice a real Liberian knows dry rice has luncheon meat, dry fish, okra and kitteley in it. The meat isn’t marinated so if you request fried chicken or fish don’t expect the whole thing to be tasteful only the skin will have taste other than that the rest will taste like fried meat with no seasoning . This is the only Liberian restaurant around for real though so just know Liberian food taste way better than what she serves but we are occupied by the Nigerians and Ghanaians and for the owner stop giving people soggy over cooked rice that looks brown jasmine rice is...
