Beautiful store. Awful service. Waited in front of the cash register for 5 minutes and only got slight acknowledgments after a few minutes from the person at the coffee machine. The person at the coffee machine finally went into the back to see if someone was going to come out to help me, and nobody showed up for another minute. Finally decided that this place could not care less about their customers and would rather spend time in the back doing whatever maintenance work was required. Overall, this place needs better customer service in a big way. Not what I expect from the Westin at all.
Next morning update- mobile order because customer service seemed bad... The two employed having a chat while a string of tickets hanging off machine. Lazily one of the two sort of peruse the tickets that were outstanding for a moment, then started tearing them off one by one. I waited another 5 minutes for my coffee, as it hadn't even been started yet because of the scintillating conversation the two employees must have been having. Read moreI wish that I could give this place zero stars. This is the most aggravating thing in the freaking world. I have stayed at the Westin for the last two days and both days I’ve gotten coffee before leaving for the day, and have had wait to wait nearly 40 minutes for my coffee. I just ordered it so much earlier today, hoping that it would be ready by the time I got downstairs to leave and instead it still wasn’t ready. In fact I had to leave without my coffee Because it made me so late to get to where I was going. I literally ordered it on the app at 8:40 And it is now at 9:18. Do not go here, or if you absolutely want coffee be sure to order an HOUR in advance —this is absolutely ridiculous. And when you ask, “what’s the update on my order” (Which I hate to be that person but when it’s been literally 30 minutes, I’m kind of like what’s happening has my order gotten lost?) they’ll just say oh it’ll be ready shortly and another 15...
Read morehonestly the longest i have EVER waited in my life to order starbucks and i’ve waited an hour before during covid… this time it took nearly an hour and a half… just for them to tell me that my order is no where to be found for my mobile order. they only had two staff members working this weekend for graduation and competition season and had to add on one hotel staff cause they were so understaffed. One was going back and forth between drinks and ordering and one was stuck at the food toaster the whole time i was there. this is not the fault of the workers but is a VERY highly disappointing experience from this starbucks. Get in check starbucks you can pay for more people who do way too much work for yall to have more staff… If you know you will have major events at nearby convention centers why would you not hire more...
