Horrible just horrible. I get the same drink almost everyday and for some reason when I visit this location they can NEVER get it right. Today I went there on my 15 min break trying to give them one more chance even though it’s been proven multiple times they have poor customer service. Not only did the cashier STEFAN AND KEYTANA not take down any of my modifications for my drink to make it right and ensure quality. When I notice it was being made wrong then proceeded to state something about it, she got nasty with me. At that point I just wanted my money back because I just wasted my whole break at Kroger for one drink that I couldn’t even have the luxury of enjoying cause it wasn’t made right. Then I had to go to customer service and wait an additional 10 minutes just for a refund. Now I’m late and escalated with no resolution. Trying to remain calm, I started walking out, I see four Kroger/Starbucks associates huddle up in a group talking about about me and pointing me out. Totally unacceptable and that’s where I draw the line. I will be back up there on my lunch break. Read moreI came here two days in a row 10/2/25 & 10/3/25 and I encountered Hispanic girl working in the morning with bad customer service and no proper Starbucks greeting at all. This location is convenient I'm always near by however I'll go where I can get better customer service. Who ever the Hispanic girl is needs better training, she made me a half cup of the Grand Flat White and loaded it full of foam even though I requested no foam, she made wait 2 mins while she played around with her shirt didn't wash her hand and proceeded make my coffee. I came in again today and got the same beverage and I made sure to note NO FOAM loud and clear since she pulled the half cup of coffee on me yesterday. The Chinese guy made my coffee and did a way better job. The Hispanic girl tried to act like she didn't understand my question of where to pay when I scan my Starbucks app for my rewards and payment. She tried to act stupid like she didn't know what I was talking about. Read moreThis location would be a convenient location to patronize for anyone in the area. Unfortunately, if you are not shopping in the store, it is not worth the headache. I past this location on my way to work and the times I purchase are horrible. I placed my order on the mobile app, my order processed and I get to the store to find out the espresso machine is down. Another time I pull up and it appears closed, but oh no someone was there I guess they were still tired. Today was just ridiculous! Mobile order was processed and showed my order was ready. I get there after the app showed it was done. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my complete order. This set me back and now I am arriving to work late and my confidence in the employee to provide timely service at this location is definitely gone. To make matters worst I settle for less than when going here because I can never order my favorite Caramel Brûlée Latte.
