I normally order on-line from this location however, today I decided to go into the location and order at the register. I had a cashier by the name Vickie who was not really pleasant. When I came in asked if they had any butter croissant she indicated yes. I ordered and was able to use some of the points I asset towards the order after I ask if I could. While she informed me of the total she started doing something else which I felt was okay as I have witness in the past the cashier step away to start the bakery item you are purchasing and place it into the oven to heat. I paid and step to the side to wait for my order. While waiting I notice the customers behind me placing their orders and receive their bakery item. Again was okay with it because each order is different maybe my order requires more to prepare then those customers. However after customer number six received their orders and bakery item I sense something it not right. One of the young ladies called my name provided me a beverage but no croissant. I continue to wait another minute. I then asked that same lady that prepared my drink can she check on the status of my croissant. She asked Vickie that cashier where it was at. Vickie seem irritated and informed her to just grab one and reach to give her croissant so the young lady preparing the drinks can fix the croissant. The young lady who name I wish I did get provided me my semi warm croissant and apologies for the mishap stating the are really busy. But how when everyone that ordered received their bakery item right after placing their order with Vickie. Please do better we as people decide to get up everyday and go to work at these jobs. I as the customer decide to go shop at the location but do expect a level of service as my money is paying for it. Always keep in mind no one make you go to work at any place we decide it so if unhappiness occurs you have to make a decision to work somewhere else.    Read moreI'm shocked by all the bad reviews on here. I scanned through and they don't really reflect what I have witnessed for myself. Although people only tend to write reviews when something doesn't go right, so you barely see good reviews unless it was over the top experience for them. I always order online, just because I know it can get busy and I don't perfer to wait long. Do I still have to wait when I order online? Absolutely, this isn't in the negative though, they just get a lot of orders because I, just like many others, get a drink in the morning at their busiest times.
The workers have always been kind, and they stay busy, I never see them on their phones or just standing around doing nothing. The drinks are always up to standard, none of this watered down crap that I see others have commented on.
If any of the current workers are reading this review, then keep up the good work. Don't let any of the negativity from others pull you down while you're working, don't let it carry itself passed those doors when you go home. You're doing enough and I see...

I walked in, no one in line, no one waiting for drinks to be made, with two employees working. I waited at the counter while both employees did not greet me but did in fact look to see I was standing there. This in particular employee âQueenâ who was not wearing a name tag, walked away from the entire work station to avoid me. When she finally came back to the counter she was very much irritated that I was still there, wasnât welcoming, slouching and seemed like she had just woken up!
