With this Taco Bell being less than 10 minutes from my house, I frequent it a lot. There have been errors on my order before, but nothing as bad as last week. Normally, I just order for myself, but last week I ordered for the entire family. 3 Mexican Pizzas, 6 crunchy Tacos Supreme, and a beefy burrito melt. It was over $40 for the entire order. When I got home I ate the Mexican Pizza and it was yummy. I went to eat my 2 hard tacos and lo and behold they were missing the "supreme" ingredients (Tomatoes and Sour Cream). I went to check the other 4 and none of them were supreme. I checked my receipt and sure enough, $14.95 for 6 taco supremes. I was pretty upset that I had paid for them and didn't get them. I threw the tacos away. I first called them on the phone and spoke with the Manager, Kiana. I explained to her what I had ordered and what I had received. She then said that she listened to the employee take the order and she heard me order regular tacos and not supreme. I disagreed with her and asked her why they charged me for supremes if I had ordered regular tacos. Then the line went silent. I thought they had placed me on hold without telling me because the call was still connected, so I waited about a minute and decided I would just drive up there and speak with them in person. I then saw that they were calling me back and when I answered, they said that they could hear me but I could not hear them, so it must have been a cellular line issue. I told her I was just going to come up there. When I arrived I told her I wanted a refund and she said that Taco Bell's policy is to remake the food and could not refund me the $14.95. She then offered a coupon for a free regular taco. I wasn't happy since I had to drive up there twice. So I asked if I could redeem the coupons for taco supremes? She agreed. Today I redeemed the taco coupons and Kianna was there and honored her word to make the tacos supremes. Her employees were very nice and greeted me with smiles. I am glad that they made it right b/c I love having a Taco Bell so close to home and I buy from them very often. They did what they could do under the current Taco Bell policies. I...
Read morei never leave bad reviews and hate to do this, but we had the worst experience here today. we come here multiple times a week and it’s sad that customers can’t be treated like human beings here. we placed a breakfast mobile order for the drive thru at 10:08 am. this location states they serve breakfast until 10:45. we go through the drive thru and the lady states her window is down and to come inside! totally fine. we go and park and go it. we proceed to stand at the counter while all of the workers are standing in the back of the kitchen staring at us. people that didn’t place mobile orders were getting served so when 10:35 came and we still hadn’t been acknowledged, we canceled our mobile order and placed our order on the kiosk. the worker waited until 10:45 on the dot to come out and say she canceled our order because they are done serving breakfast. so our order placed 40 minutes before breakfast ended was never fufilled. this location started so good but lately it’s been problem after problem every time we go. it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t just tell us they didn’t want to make breakfast. we could have gone somewhere else and not wasted an hour of our weekend...
Read moreWow, I really didn’t feel like writing a review today, but damn, this Taco Bell was so bad I had to take a minute to share the experience. First off, what a miserable bunch of the most lethargic people I’ve ever seen supposedly at work. The only exception was the woman at the drive-through, who seemed to be running on an overdose of 5-hour Energy. No matter their physical or mental condition, getting anyone’s attention was impossible, even for something as simple as a fork, which wasn’t provided with my food or available in the dining area.
You won’t be greeted, and no one will bother to tell you that it’s mandatory (evidently) to use the dirty, frustrating self-order kiosk after standing at the counter for a few minutes. The whole place just gave off a bad feeling, from the lack of cleanliness to the zombie-like staff and the fact that I couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge me. Eventually, I cut my losses, tossed my partly melted, cheese-topped Mexican pizza into the overflowing trash, and reminded myself that sometimes you have to lose a little money to remember that Taco Bell is rarely a good idea, and this location is...
