Two Chicks Food — Restaurant in Georgia

Three words....Deep Fried Turkey!!!! Cooking during the holidays can be stressful, yet this year I had Two Chicks make a deep fried turkey for my family. If I could put good smells into words I would. I placed my order and it was fresh and ready to pick up at the decided time. It took everything I had to keep from picking and eating this bird before I got it to its dinner destination. When it came time to reveal this wonderful smell of deliciousness, everyone was trying to sneak pieces. The meat was tender and juicy as well as easy to slice. If you are going to serve this wonderful turkey to your family and there is more than 4 folks...order two or more, trust me. Everyone was eating more and more. I was almost concerned that there wouldn't even be any left for the next day sandwich. I can't thank Two Chicks enough for giving me more time with my family and providing a delicious product that I am going to be bragging about to as many people who will be willing to listen. I can't wait to see if you have a Christmas/Holiday menu.... Similar experience as the previous reviewer at the Mead and Metal Artist Market with this truck. Completely poor and irresponsible planning not having backup propane tanks at the ready when the current ones run out, (after not even 2 hours). Then having to wait 2+ hours for the support vehicle to go and come back with filled tanks, then for the food to get cooked is beyond unreasonable. The event was from 1 - 5 with the majority of that time waiting for food that was paid for up front.

Two Chicks Food should have refunded the money of all the customers that had outstanding orders at the time the propane ran out. That way the patron could go somewhere else if they wanted or reorder with them when the propane was back online. We were pretty much just stuck. poor planning, poor service, genuinely the worst experience ive had with a food truck. I didn't even get to try the food because they mistakenly gave my order to someone else after an hour and a half - two hour wait. I checked with them multiple times too about the status of the order. Came to an event and ran out of propane within 2 hours, had to leave to get more, thus the delay. The event wasnt even crowded. Only offered to remake the food free of charge after I asked...
