I quit coming to this location about seven months ago but decided to stop in this morning to see if anything was any different. It wasn't. Took me twenty two minutes to get a mocha. Why? Only one person working and she was doing the best she could. I took one sip of the mocha and it was nasty. She did not make it correctly and I ended up throwing it away. The cheese danish I got was good though quite possibly the most expensive cheese danish I ever got $8.26. I'm not sure what the constant problem is with this location. Bad managers, not able to hire, bad district supersisors unable to get off their tushes and come work this location or what. Starbucks needs to take radical changes here...
Read moreThe baristas are always chatting with each other instead of acknowledging customers and seem annoyed dealing w ppl in general. They also don't know how to make any "trendy" drinks so you have to be very specific when ordering something not explicitly on their menu and be prepared for a good bit of attitude about it. Didn't know what a pink drink was, didn't want to make an iced pumpkin spiced chai tea latte. Just overall piss poor attitudes about doing their job. It is close so I'll definitely keep going but in general could use some customer service training and just check up on Pinterest or with other Starbucks about what drinks are trending. You're a barista, you should know...
Read moreConsidering no other Starbucks relatively close by, it's convenient to get a coffee while shopping or even just running inside to grab a coffee by itself. Only ding is that there seems to be no standard for cream/sugar amounts (since you can't pour your own currently) and vary each time. Fortunately, I'm flexible in how it tastes so I don't make a fuss, just wish there was more standardization until I can pour my own...
