Please staff more than one person. Sandwiches are $10+ a piece, you can afford for two people to work here. I’ve been next in line for 15 minutes. I watched two very simple sandwiches be made and they were already halfway finished when I arrived. Then another ten for my sandwich to be made. This is how it is every time I come here. There is always some unusual experience happening. You never seem to have business and it’s likely because it takes FOREVER to get a sandwich made. If you are gonna advertise 5 dollar footlong when you buy 2 using the online ordering maybe you should apply the discount. Then maybe you should actually allow people to order the sandwich they want the exact way they want it. Then maybe you should hire employees that can read the order and make the sandwich according to what is asked for. We ordered 5 sandwiches tonight and only one of them was made to order. And the one that had the right ingredients was drenched in so much sweet onion teriyaki sauce that my wife had to eat it with a fork. This location should be shut down.
