As soon as I walked in, I asked if they had a bathroom, and the lady told me no. I walked further into the restaurant and noticed they did, in fact, have a bathroom. When I pointed this out, the server replied that it was out of commission.
I proceeded to order two footlongs and the new Doritos nachos. Midway through choosing my toppings, the server said, “Hey, you can go to the bathroom now.” I replied, “I thought you said it was out of commission?” She said, “No, it’s clean now.”
When I went to use the bathroom, it really wasn’t that clean. I used it anyway and came back to pay for my food. When I got home to eat, my wife and I noticed the bread was hard, old, and stale.
I feel like I got ripped off and hassled out of my money. Safe to say, this is a terrible establishment with poor customer service.

The order was to be ready at 6:40c and he got there right at 6:40. They were getting irritated with him because he couldn't understand them, so he called me and I told them what they needed to know and he hung up as they were giving him the food. 20 minutes goes by and it's 7:00, he's still at the subway. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told if I wanted to speak to a manager I should have come when he was there. I asked once again to have the subs remade, and the woman began swearing at me. She then refused to refund me, and told me to talk to subway, not her.
