I’ve been in the this place twice and every time I’ve walked in and I’m not greeted just stared at like I have two heads. I get a negative vibe just being in there. The language barrier is the worst. You ask them a question and they just look at each other. The man who I’m guessing is the owner that’s there all the time is rude and has an attitude and ALWAYS on his phone. Obviously doesn’t understand English. Also what’s with having to buy a drink separately from the sub and chips? I had asked for a combo and they said they don’t do that. This week I had a fasting doctor’s appointment at 1:30 in the afternoon, so of course I was starving when I got done. I had to get two shots and blood drawn, and it was hotter than the devil’s toenails by the time I left. I stopped off at this Baldino’s on my way home to grab a nice cold lunch to take and sit by the pool. The two ladies working were so friendly, and worked hard to get orders ready in a timely manner. When my sandwich was being wrapped up, the bread broke causing the entire sandwich to fall apart. The nice lady remade my sandwich quickly for me, apologizing the whole time. I ordered the footlong meatball. It wasn’t heated at all. It was right from the refrigerator cold with watery meatballs. I had lettuce Put on it. It was clumped in one spot. The meatballs were gross and all put into the center: both ends had nothing. The Italian wheat bread fell apart when I picked it up. This was nasty and nothing like a baldinos should be like. My DoorDash driver stunk of marijuana since she was smoking as she delivered my food. Overall this was a hoodrat experience and gross. DoorDash is not baldinos fault. But everything else was.
