When the order arrived none of the subs were toasted as requested/ordered and one sandwich was missing. I called Subway and the guy that answered said they had overlooked that sandwich. I asked for a refund and was told even though it was their mistake forgetting to make one sandwich because it was delivered using doordash they cannot refund back to my card or take any responsibility. I do have the option of going in tonight and getting the sandwich but with covid I don’t feel that’s a viable option or let’s be honest, I wouldn’t have paid $56 for 4 sandwiches to begin with to get them delivered.
