If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have left maybe 4 reviews in my life and the people that work here are so incredibly rude that I felt the need to leave one today. If you hate your job that much, find a new one!! If you are that mad at the world, figure out something that makes you happy and change things up for yourself. There is zero reason to be that hateful and rude to your customers. If you are in customer service, you should try, just a little to use some manners. Maybe throw out a, thanks or have a nice day. Placed an order online on 11/25/22. Arrived for pick up and the restaurant front door was locked. Knocked for several minutes on the door and no one came to the door. Called 45 mins later when I received an email that my order was ready, I called the restaurant to receive a refund. Whoever answered the phone argued with me that they were open and then hung up on me. I called back 2-3 more times and they wouldn't answer the phone. $9 sandwich that I couldn't pick up and they refused to give a refund. Everytime you order online to pick up here they never fix the sandwiches as ordered. They never put any condiments like mayonnaise, no cheese just lettuce, tomato, nor send any packs with the order. They always leave out the chips but will tell you everything is in the bag. When I've called to complain they just hang up on you. When you call back they want answer. This has happened on more than one occasion. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But after 3 times never will we order from the Walmart...
