Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant. I called three days in advance with an eight sandwich order to be ready by 11 AM on a Friday. When I called Friday morning to confirm my order, they had lost my order and claimed they did not have enough bread thawed to make 8 sandwiches within two hours. They were very rude and questioned my order, and told me I said things I did not.

They also had very poor communication between staff members. I had been in 24 hours prior personally spoke to a staff member to make sure they would leave my order for the manager and the next morning. The next morning the manager did not know how to get a hold of that staff member, and she did not know where the order was. I will never visit this restaurant again, and I will recommend my friends and businesses do not...

Everytime I come to this store, the employees are just a bunch of dumb kids who would rather stand there in front of a store full of people gossiping than make any effort to help the freaking customers. Today I went in and asked the girl a question about my mobile order, she tries to tell me that the Thomas Crossroads location is all the way down by the interstate. 🤣 Do you not even know where you work, sweetie? Hours indicate that the store opens at 8:30. Okay so I walk in at 8:36 and they tell me to leave because they are not open yet. Ok cool I’ll wait.. we all have our days.
