We go here once every couple of weeks, and generally the staff has a generally jovial disposition.
I called in my order at 8:05, am told it will be ready in 10 - 15 minutes. I walk in at 8:20, to a loud kitchen, screaming from the back that someone will be right out. Apparently the 4, young, teenage, female employees are actively arguing. 2 of the young ladies were working, however unprofessionally representing all of the many challenges that their other 2 co-workers were creating. There was an overturned trashcan, pizza toppings, plastic bags and 20 oz drink bottles spilt from the garbage on the floor; stayed there for at least 15 minutes as employees walked around it. Finally one of the 2 employees who were actually trying to keep the ship afloat picks up the garbage can on wheels, and starts slinging the spilled garbage into it, and up onto a food prep station. All the while pizzas coming out of the oven are having the hot, just removed pans (after the pizza was removed from the pan) set in the floor, and stacked, and "kicked" (pushed with their feet - because they were in the floor in front of the oven, but being pushed into the spilled refuse) because the station where they cut and box the pizzas was not cleared/cleaned.
While waiting an additional 20 minutes and discussing tonights NFL game, I learn other patrons had been waiting inside for more than 30 minutes. After everyone cleared the store I inform them I want whatever of my order is prepared, and they can keep the rest. So, I learn that my entire order has been ready for more than 15 minutes, except one of the pizzas was wrong (regular crust instead of thin), they knew this, and had planned to remake it, but I had somehow fallen in behind everyone who walked in after I had phoned ahead. I tell them to keep the incorrect pizza, and just refund me for it, and for the 2 dipping sauces they charged me for that I did not order, nor do I eat. They ended up refunding me for the entire purchase, so 2 free pizzas.
I want to say that while I was obviously displeased at the process and end result the 2 young ladies who were trying; I believe one of their names was Sara, while obviously not professionally mature, they were trying very, very hard, and should be commended for their efforts, the other 2 young ladies causing problems need to be repromanded at a minimum - if they were my employees they would be summarily dismissed. Get the 2 pther young ladies some management training, teach them that customer service isn't full disclosure of problems "in the back", amd keep the 4' swath of kitchen that is visible from the front of the store tidy.

Read moreI ordered online 2 cheese stuff pretzel crust pizzas. When I got there I checked to see if they were right because last time they weren't and I was already home. I pointed out that the crust wasn't pretzel and had no pretzel salt on them. He said sorry we'll remake it for you give us 5-10 minutes. I come back after 10+ minutes to the very same pizzas. The excuse was it's because they were made with pizza sauce not cheese sauce, like that has anything to do with how the crust looks. I noticed that the crust still didn't have the pretzel salt so he apologized again and took it to the back where they smothered the crust with garlic butter and threw some salt on top. At this point I didn't want to argue and it looked like they were busy so I left with my cold pizzas. Why lie to me and pawn off old premade cheese stuffed crazy bread pizzas instead of simply telling me you're out of the cheese stuffed pretzel pizzas? Just upset that they made me wait 10+ minutes for the same pizzas that were never remade. Pizza tasted good...
Read moreThis used to be my go to place when they first opened ..Went in last night at 10.07pm (they close at 1030pm ...Went to order wings and 4 pizzas and cheese sticks ..The girl said "oh well were are about to close in 20 mins so we dont make pizza or wings that late" "we have 2 pepperoni pizzas and cheesesticks left" so we took them...They were so old,cold,and nasty we ended up throwing them away...So I guess this is how it works now..So you are not really open til 1030 if you stop making pizza at 10.05 ..I've never in my life heard of that..I've worked restaurants and if the customer got there at 1029 ..you had to serve them...Talk about millions lost if all companys thought this way..Guess I'll bring my business back to pizza hut...Sad because we go several times a week ..The kids are always having sleep overs etc ... I wanted to add to this. I have since came back and it has been awesome. They are always so fast and hot. Glad we gave them another try ..whatever yall are...
