Subway — Restaurant in Georgia

This subway used to be the best around but the food now has the feel of gas station old food that's been sitting too long. The lettuce was brown, there were no tomatoes at all, and the vegetable area was almost empty! The female Hispanic employee there was so rude to an elder lady today and she has been rude to me in the past. She thinks she is better than making sandwiches I guess, she rolls her eyes at everyone, uses the same gloves to touch money, and then touches food without changing them, just curious does she not have to wear a uniform like other employees? I'll travel to Jimmy John’s from now on. Both I and the elderly lady walked away from our half-made sandwiches today. I don't do well with an employee disrespecting an elder person for asking the employee to change her gloves after touching dirty money and then agreeing with the customer. Do better Subway! Gabe and joana were the absolute best! Gabe was understanding as I was also ordering for somebody else so was going a bit slow. They both reassured me I had nothing to be sorry for and they had time! This subway is always the best I go to but joana and gabe just made it to where it’s my only subway spot now! Thank y’all for being you!

Update went back 2 weeks later 8/5/2023 and ran into gabe and Jonah again! Gave even remembered who I was and made small talk with me Jonah made sure I was satisfied with the amount of toppings on my sub! It’s always a great pleasure walking into that store and seeing friendly faces! I think these hard working young men deserve a raise they care about their job and it shows! Thank you...

I usually have no problems with this place let me say that first, but on today I get the same sandwich I get all the time. Whoever decided to make my sandwich today decided it was a good idea to pour half a bottle of Parmesan cheese on a 6 inch sandwich and I have photos. It was so much Parmesan cheese. I could even taste the tomatoes. The tomatoes were submerged. Everything was submerged in Parmesan cheese, highly disappointed they claimed that they are giving me a refund when I get off.
