I am cringing as I write this. At a surface level, everyone we interacted with was very polite. While we are happy to see a new business in Watkinsville and want to be supportive, I can’t not comment on the lack of quality and overall disappointment with our experience. Our server was 17, unable to take a drink order and had to send over another, slightly older staff member. We ordered a vodka and soda with lime and a bourbon on the rocks. Both drinks were incorrect - one with flat soda water and the bourbon with water, not a correct rocks pour. We politely asked for them to be corrected. The vodka was accurate on the second try, the bourbon was exactly the same - with water. The food unfortunately was worse than the drink service. We ordered tuna tataki as an app. It was over cooked and cold although I requested rare when asked about the temperature we wanted. We also tried a rising sun roll and shrimp teriyaki for entrees. The roll was not good, too large to manage with chop sticks (which were showing signs of age from being dish-washed), and just gross. The shrimp dinner, miso soup and salad were big misses as well. Read moreI feel bad leaving a bad review but my friends and I were pretty disappointed. We each ordered a boba drink and an entree. The boba was really good, I am picky with it and I liked the texture, but my friend who said they wanted tapioca bubbles in the drink didn't receive any.
I don't blame the servers but the service wasn't awesome. They seemed understaffed because they took a lot of time to take our order, bring the food/drinks out, bring us the check, etc, although the server was really nice. It was awkward how there was a long time gap between each of our dishes being served, and the drinks took a while too although they thankfully came out at the same time.
My friend was extremely disappointed in their fried rice because it was completely bland, he said he couldn't taste salt or seasoning. My other friend thought his sushi roll was just okay, but he couldn't finish and enjoy all of it because when he went for the soy sauce, the bottle was completely sticky and covered in old sauce residue, so he didn't want to use it. Personally my shrimp pesto udon was pretty okay, the noodles were a little soft but I enjoyed it.
I recommend getting only boba from here , and it would probably be best to order ahead...

I am 1 of more than a few terrible reviews do not blame me for another customers gripe w yal :) You run your restaurant incorrectly and simply shouldn't be on Uber. The driver never picked up my uber, and Uber was extremely clear when getting back to me a day later that your staff simply gave my order away and it wasn't an error on their part. You tried it tho! Pretty shady & grimey that my Uber order was stolen and I showed proof of my order and me being me, and yal refused to replace it. "He said his name was TaylorbTake it up with Uber sorry " huh?
