I wish I can give MINUS 100 stars. It's not the first time it happened to us and it was foolish for us to go back there again.
I even spoke to the restaurant manager before about having a good "service". I don't mind waiting, I don't mind spending $$$ money here. We are always a large group in nature with all of our family members. I think we went to this restaurant at least once a week pre covid and post covid. I am DONE with them TODAY.
Their servers are rude, often cut off on what we are asking before we even finish our request by saying "no". Today, one of our dishes had less amount of soup than regular so we tried to ask a little more. Server said "No, we cannot give you more free soup. Our director won't give to you". Wait. What free soup? It's not like we are asking for free stuff here. Also what DIRECTOR? You mean "COOK?" He maybe a director to you but not to me. LoL
Through out the dining time, I was really intimidated by their services. They just come in budge in between people and throw things in. Rice was not 100% cooked. One of their bowl was cracked and smelled like Clorox. One dish has 3 pieces of fish.
Then the bill came out. Guess what? They added 20% automated tip. FOR WHAT? WHAT SERVICE? I have not received any services there.
My daughter went out to get some ice creams for the group. She came back with only one. She said there was someone who was scolding at her to take only one. OMG. We had 8 people in our group. So, do we all get up and get in line to get some ice creams? What is wrong with my high schooler to get some ice creams for the adults? Can she carry two at a time?
Their service was ridiculous, servers were rude, food was not even good and the attitude of the owner, Oh my... I am saying good bye to this place.
Management, if you are reading this review, you should know who I am. I urge you to think why you are keep on getting negative reviews lately. Also, please tell your owner to stop smoking in front of the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve visited this restaurant three times, wanting to give it multiple chances to redeem itself before writing this review. Unfortunately, all three visits left much to be desired.
The experience starts poorly as soon as you walk through the door. The waiting area is consistently crowded, yet thereās no one at the front to greet guests, take down names, or manage the flow of arrivals. Guests are left to figure out the order of who came in first, creating a disorganized and frustrating start to the meal.
Once seated, the inefficiency continues. The restaurant relies on slow-moving robots to deliver food to tables, which only seems to hinder the staff rather than help them. Servers, who are already rushing to keep up with the demands of a busy restaurant, are constantly delayed by these robots, which move far slower than the staff. Itās baffling to see servers following the robots to their destination, effectively doubling the inefficiency. From what Iāve observed, these robots do not replace or alleviate the workload for servers and seem like an unnecessary and poorly implemented gimmick.
The restaurant also appears to be chronically understaffed. Servers rush around frantically, and it feels uncomfortable to call them over, knowing how overwhelmed they are. This chaotic environment reflects a lack of organization and staffing that significantly detracts from the dining experience.
Unfortunately, the food fails to make up for these shortcomings. The dishes are unremarkable and provide little reason to justify the hassle of dining here.
Given the consistently poor organization, ineffective use of technology, and average food, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have eagerly been waiting the opportunity to post this review. I can say with much pride that I was the first patron serviced at this restaurant. After having a very difficult day, I drove around looking for a place to grab a drink and a bite. By chance I came across this establishment. The doors were open..and with such a beautiful place I didnt understand why they did not have any visitors at 630p in the afternoon. I was greeted by a waiter and seated at the sushi bar immediately. I was offered a drink and menu . After the waiter took my order, he answered my questions about the new restaurants and even gave me a tour! They have beautiful private rooms where a skilled chef will prepare your meal in front of you. The decor was beautiful. Needless to say the sushi was great and the service was excellent. As I was finishing up, the manager came to greet me. After speaking with me, all of my questions were answered. How could such a beautiful place with such nice decor, great food, and wonderful service not have any patrons at such a high peak hour?! Well, apparently the new restaurant had not even opened yet. Opening day was a week away!! That's why there were no patrons!! I happened to stumble in when the door was open while they were finishing decorating and instead of turning me away they gave me free 5 star service!!! The food and the drink and the vip service was just what I needed to boost my spirits after a very difficult wk. I honestly believe I was meant to stumble in to that restaurant that day. I will definitely be a frequent patron and I'd recommend this great...
