I rarely leave a review, but today took the cake and I can't stay silent on this one. Wait in the drive through line for at least 15 to 20 minutes, which is not the big deal. The big deal comes with the worst customer service and complete disrespect for customers. After waiting, I get my order and proceed to drive away. We are going to eat in the car and look in the bag to find the burrito is missing. I get out of the car and walk up to the lobby door to tell them the burrito is missing, doors locked and the employees sitting at a table eating motion for me to go through the drive thru. I tell them through the windows that I only want the burrito that is missing from my order, she keeps making the sign like she is cutting her head off saying "no". I told her I don't want to wait in the drive thru line for another 15 to 20 minutes for my missing burrito. I ask for her to please bring a manager to the window for me to ask. She again makes the "no" sign. I walk to the drive thru window and with the okay of the driver at the window, he lets me get up to the window to tell them. Magically, the lady who was in the lobby appears at the drive thru telling me she is getting the manager. The manager comes and looks at me visibly upset with me. I tell him they left the burrito out and I don't want to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru again. He leaves without a word. I step away from the window and see him coming throught the lobby to the door with a bag. He comes out, gives me the bag. I calmly ask him why the employee could not have just helped me throught the door and gotten him if she needed approval. I kid you not, he did not say a word to me. I ask him again why it was so hard to help me and did he see why I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes in the drive thru, still not one word. The man did not say a single word to me. The lady inside kept making the cutting throat sign for "no" to me. It was the worst experience with customer service I believe I have ever had. Needless to say, I did not eat the burrito for fear at that point they had tampered with it due to their visible signs of disgust with helping me. I have never seen anything like this. I also noted the owner tends to answer to posts on here that are good and does not seem to address the posts that are true complaints that are honest complaints. They need customer service training,...
Read moreAbsolutely HORRIBLE experience on three different occasions. First, shame on me, I suppose, for going back a third time after two bad experiences. The first experience went through a drive-thru placed order with no real issues other than a long wait. However, after checking the order, once we pulled away, it was incorrect. So we pulled around to the front and attempted to enter the lobby to get my order corrected, but the door was locked. Odd as it was only 8 pm, a young man was sitting at a table near the door looking at his phone, so I knocked on the door to get his attention. He looked directly at me with my TB bag in hand, and he then returned to looking at his phone doing and saying nothing. So I knocked again, no acknowledgment, then again I knocked a little harder and verbally said “excuse me” through the glass door, still no acknowledgment. After the third round of knocking, he looked up toward the counter and said something to someone but still not acknowledging me. I then proceeded to walk around to the drive-thru window when I noticed a young female walking towards the door, so I returned. She stood approximately 6 feet from the door and asked what I needed. I'm explaining the problem, and I have to speak loudly so I can be heard through the closed door with the distance she is standing, and then she says she won't help me if I'm going to scream at her. In disbelief at this point, I ask her to come closer so I don't have to yell, and she walks away. Obviously, I'm angry at this point, and do you remember the guy at the table? Yep, he is still there on his phone. Now I'm banging on the door and yelling at him to get someone to correct my order he refuses to look at me. Finally, a manager comes to the door, unlocks, and opens the door so that we can speak. I ask why the young man would ignore me as he did and was told he is not an employee but a boyfriend of an employee. The manager and I had a calm conversation, and he corrected my order and apologized for the inconvenience. However, this was a process that went on for over 15 minutes and totally unprofessional by the employees. I discuss my other experiences in a...
Read moreAVOID at ALL COSTS!!!!! This store doesn't want your business and doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction!!!!!
It is 8:30 pm. Closing time is 11 PM!!!!!. The store and drive thru do not close for another 2 hours! I am the 10th car in a line that is out in the street when I arrived. I waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker to place my order. I am told, no orders are being taken, just mobile and delivery.
I am now STUCK in the drive thru line with NO WAY to LEAVE. High concrete curbs, landscaping, 3 cars in front of me and now 3 cars behind me.
I cannot leave. I ask the person taking orders how I was expected to leave her line. She said I could get out of my car and go ask all the cars behind me to back up to let me leave.
The cars in front of me did not get any food, yet it took another 15 minutes for this drive thru line to clear to let me leave and take my money, my future business and my loyalty somewhere else.
Management needs to figure out how to run an actual business. At least change your advertised hours to shutdown at 8pm.
Or, brilliant idea.... PUT UP A SIGN at the drive thru stating you have stopped taking orders for the night!!!!!
It doesn't take much to manage customer expectations in a reasonable way. If only the management at this location cared about...
