Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

Tonight taco bell/ KFC does not even deserve a star on account of one person. "Regina" she literally was so rude and hateful to me. More then anybody in my entire life has ever been. I have had many people complain to me about her but before tonight never had I had a bad experience with her but now I literally see why she is the talk of the town. She greeted with " Lord what do you want". I work in fast food and if I had ever greeted someone like that my job would be gone. Then as I explain to her what I want which was a chicken burrito without the chipotle sauce the woman kept cutting me off with nasty remarks telling me that she did not know what I was talking about so finally I decided to just get a chicken chalupa so it would end the madness as I pull around to the drive-thru to pay she starts screaming at me hands me my drink snatches my money and as I say something to her to defend myself she hands my money back to me and tells me to get off of her property. Mind you I eat here more then 4 times a week. My children love taco bell. Until Regina is gone I will not be going back and will share my poor experience with everyone I know until something is done. I have heard this lady talk to her employees like trash. Every employee that I have spoken to have all had nothing but bad things to say about her. She is not a good person and area coach/manager whatever she is damn sure not her cup of tea. Tacobell we are nice friendly country folks over here in the hickory flat area let's get rid of that bad apple. Do better. Regina I truly hope you find some happiness in your life ma'am. I went through the drive thru got TOLD “ order when you are ready.” So I did I started ordering . Not even half way thru saying what I was ordering the rude lady working the window interrupts me saying in a very rude tone “ your gonna have to wait out system is not working “ I know people that work at Taco Bell and they say that as an excuse to not do there job !!!!after she said that I waited for like 5 minutes debating leaving the drive thru. So after silence I said “ hello?” In the drive thru the response I got is the reason I will not be returning to this place not only cause it’s Taco Bell and it sucks but I could’ve yelled at the lady. She said “ I TOLD YKU YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT A MINUTE WHAT DO YOU NOT GET ?” Then I finally started to order after she felt like doing something I got a Gordita and asked for rice ON THE SIDE she says “ it doesn’t come with rice “ I said yes , I want it in the side . Did I get the rice ? No ! Did I get what I ordered? Hell no! Who ever is the boss of this Taco Bell restaurant needs to be given a lesson in how to make sure your employees are doing the jobs correctly. Let me add to that , make sure you teach your employees what real customer care / service is . If I walked into a Chick-fil-A and got yelled at the employee would be fired on the dot… does NOT look the same for Taco Bell . You could be cussed at .

There is something seriously wrong with our KFC Taco Bell Every couple of weeks we go back to try to place an order and every time we go they have a reason why they can't accommodate us. Tonight we had three different orders to place. We started to go in to place our to go orders and there was an employee sitting in a truck that yelled at us and told me us we couldn't go in. I asked why because the door was propped open. He said we don't let anyone in to order after 4:00 p.m. He said you have to go through the drive-thru. I pulled up to the sign and told them I had three orders. The guy who is the manager inside said no we only do two orders per vehicle. I said there's no one else here, so just do two vehicles then. He refused. So we worked it out that we would try to somehow condense the orders to two. When we started placing our first order, we ordered chicken and he stopped us and said that he didn't have any chicken because none came on the truck. He was so rude and so mean that we left and went to Wendy's again. Seriously, the management needs fired or the store just needs closed.
