Hello, I am a local Kroger shopper and I like coming to shopping with my wife and I will say I love the store. We’ve been coming for a long time because there’s a ton of options but there is this one employee that caught my attention. I was in line at one of the check lanes and I Heard an employee giving foul language with her apron and talking very Poorly over a customer and I will say it is extremely unacceptable. Kroger is supposed to be a friendly environment and welcoming to everybody. I could not Read her name But talking poorly about other people is truly not the way to go. I believe that it is important to maintain a good reputation. She was short and had Blonde hair. It’s disappointing because I like shopping here and as a former server in the military, I find this completely disrespectful. other than that, this is a good place to shop. I love that the store has a ton of options And an exquisite customer service. Anelly , Jimmy, Luna, and Lexi I’ve always done a great job giving me the best customer service. But now Hearing foul language from a young teenage girl Is not pleasant to my ears or the kids that were standing behind me. No kid should have to hear Foul language from somebody who represents Kroger, especially in their uniform. I just thought that I should bring this to Kroger’s attention because this is not somebody you should have on the floor. Especially coming from someone who use to work at kroger. I wish nothing but the best for this Kroger And expect positive performance from employees...
Read moreThe grocery store is well enough. I like the pharmacy for the most part. The one star lies mostly on the deli. I've been going to this Kroger 4 years and have never once been greeted by Deli worker. Instead they move slower than molasses ... mental image walking in concrete ... Sometimes I'm the only person standing at the deli and it takes several minutes to even get a glance when there's multiple Deli workers behind the counter meandering aimlessly around moving and stacking things. Because they're so slow I once asked one Deli worker to cut my sandwich meat while I asked the other Deli worker to slice some cheese. I was the only customer in the deli line and one of the few customers in the store. Furthermore, neither Deli worker was doing anything other than standing around looking confused. The deli worker told me he would be unable to help because two Deli workers could not help the same customer at the same time. At times I've been so frustrated Ive considered switching to Publix but haven't because of the fuel points. As of a few days ago Kroger now chargez $0.50 for any cash back transaction. This is just a drop in the bucket but when the buckets almost full it's enough to send me across the...
Read moreI have been going through something and through everything, I forgot to order my son a birthday treat to share with his class until the day before! I called another grocery store first but they told me they couldn’t take my order unless it was within 24 hours and understandably so. I called the Hickory Flat Kroger bakery and Miss Ann picked up. I told her I had a very last minute order and would understand if she couldn’t take it. She did not hesitate to tell me she would do it for me! She heard the quiver in my voice and immediately began to reassure me all would be ok and spoke to me as if I was a good friend. When I picked it up, she told me I had been on her mind all day and helped me get it into my cart. She told me she had once been in my shoes and that she understood how I felt. She left me with more encouraging words and a smile on my face. This wonderful woman it truly a light in a very dark time in my life! Kroger is very lucky to have such an amazing lady on their team. I pray that corporate and local management see this and shower Miss Ann with praise for a job well above and beyond expected. Thank you so much!
From,
An Almost...
