Complete and utterly disrespectful behavior out of the majority of the staff including the manager not the manager with a blue shirt and long hair but the manager with short hair. After I was threatened by a Uber eats employee none of the staff did anything to help. When I tried to contact the staff at the front a Hispanic man with black hair came to the front and told the staff to ignore me. Very disrespectful behavior and I believe he should be let go, you should never tell your staff to ignore someone especially in a serious situation. The manager who I spoke to handled things like a child and threatened to kick me out because I asked 2 times about the wait on my order. This buisness needs a change in staff asap, especially a competent manager that can handle an emergency situation on site. Cops was called manager had no idea or cared. Cook is extremely slow his name is Marco should be let go. Thank you if your reading this I strongly recommend if you want to go to a buisness that’s ran professionally and efficiently this is not the place for you. Even the delivery times is always late. They are never on time when it comes to getting the food out. I placed a to go order and waited for an insane amount of time and had so many different people asking me what I was waiting on so I was literally so hungry and tired from working all day and wondering why the wait was so long by the time they handed me my order they forgot to take payment and I completely forgot so a few hours later they are calling my phone back to back to back to back so I finally answer thinking who the hell is this calling me back to back! It was this restaurant telling me they forgot to take payment so of course I offer to come by in the morning since I’m not in the area anymore and they said NO can you come back now…. And I said I’m sorry I can’t I can come in the morning no problem I come there all the time and the my said no you can can you just read your card to us and at that point I felt uneasy with the hostile calls, etc… so I made a payment online in place of my order from earlier but I was like WOW all of this for $15 when I drop at least $70 each time we dine in and now we will NEVER go back to this place! I had the worst wings I've ever had from Sidelines. I have had Hot Lemon Pepper wings many times from this location. The girl that took my phone order could not understand that's what I wanted. I must have tried explaining 4 times how I wanted them. It didn't work.
I understand that great understanding must be had when two groups meet for the first time. It's 50/50 when it comes to communication but damn, I just wanted all of the wings to be lemon pepper with a little kick like I've gotten before.
I got half "hot" and half lemon pepper. The hot was not the hot I was used to. It had more of a BBQ tang to it. Not bueno. Big sad.
I also tried a taco bell near my place. It was crap. Tested the fences again more recently. Maybe new staff would pull through. Crap again.
