If you're the owner/operator of the East Cherokee Bojangles, it's time to turn out the lights, padlock the doors, send your useless staff home, and look for something else to do besides pretend to "run" a fast food restaurant. I've finally had it with your store and your disrespectful staff! Had it! I actually had one of your employees berate another employee in front of me for letting me into your locked lobby when I tried to come in and order a meal during normal business hours. Can you imagine how disrespected and unappreciated I felt? She was mad because you were short-staffed that day and weren't letting people into the lobby, forcing folks to get back into their cars and then go through the drive-thru. Thanks for the note on your entrances. Oh, that's right. There wasn't one! Great job! Tonight, when I came into the lobby to order a meal, nobody came to the register. The back door was open and I could hear two people talking and laughing loudly. I waited for a while and then walked towards an opening in your prep space where someone could see me from the back of the store. A man told a female employee to take my order and she came up front with a rotten attitude and this look on her face like I had inconvenienced her for coming in. When I asked her if I could order a two-piece meal, she smartly said, "I don't know. Can you?" I walked out. I don't know why you continue to pretend you're running a business when this type of garbage goes on in your store and your customers are treated with such overwhelming disrespect. Maybe when you finally close for good, Hickory Flat can have something nice to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a Cajun filet biscuit meal āwith friesā, (I said my order just like that and didnāt specify size or anything else) at the drive-thru, and the girl who took my order just said okay. I ended up getting what I believe to be the large size of fries, which I didnāt order, but thatās okay since I didnāt specify (the girl taking my order didnāt either). BUT they charged me $9.09, and all I received was the largest size of fries, the biscuit, and a large drink of water. I neglected to consider or confirm the price of the items and of my order at the time, which is my fault, but after reflecting back on the price after getting home, they definitely overcharged me.
The Cajun filet biscuit combo should be $5.39, and then even adding the large fries ($2.99 if you order it on its own) ON TOP OF THE COMBO (which is supposed to include AT LEAST small fries, which are $1.49) would bring it up to $8.38, so about $8.88 with tax. How on earth did she manage to charge me $9.09????! I canāt believe I didnāt think anything of it at the time, thatās just insane.
In case anyone at this Bojangles sees this, I ordered around 7:30-7:45pm on Sunday October 10, and my order was taken by a young blonde girl (it was a man that actually took my payment, probably a manager or shift leader, and didnāt get any names). If you either explain why the charge was correct or give me back the difference in cost that I shouldnāt have paid, Iāll change this review and update it to 5 stars. Otherwise itās staying at a 1. Because this bojangles seems to get orders...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe live near this location and on occasion stop here. This location has significantly gone down hill within the past year. They seem to never be open. Breakfast seems to still be pretty busy. I don't mind waiting for food by any means, but THIRTY minutes, if not longer, is absurd. We only ordered blueberry biscuits, 2 orders of biscuits and gravy, small bo rounds and a drink. The lady working the window was polite and tried her best. I have worked in the food industry for a long time and understand the lack of having employees and nowadays just simply having employees that have ANY work ethic whatsoever. There wasn't anything that made me go out of the way to eat here to begin with, other than switching up my breakfast options. After this last visit I won't be returning again.
Update I wanted to try their chicken sandwich out and their "bo sauce." The sandwich comes on a brioche bun with fried chicken, mayo, pickles, and I added tomatoes and lettuce. It was tasty. I did enjoy the flavor of the chicken. Slight spice to it. The bo sauce is hard to pinpoint. It does have great flavor. To me, it has a dijon honey mustard flavor. It's worth the try. I was the only one in line, with one person inside eating, and I did wait almost 15 minutes for...
