Touchdown Wings at Austell — Restaurant in Georgia

I've eaten at touch down wings a few times. I normally order the fish and it was decent. Before I say want I want to say about my most recent visit on 8/7/25 around 11 am, I'd like to say that the cashier, pretty Spanish girl,Sky I believe ,was very nice and had excellent customer service. However the food quality did not match the quality of service this day. I ordered a 10 pc extra crispy, came to almost 12 bucks. I feel like I wasted $12. Those where by far, the nastiest, lemon pepper wings I have ever eaten, and I'm almost 50 years old! I asked for extra crispy yet they where still swimming in wing oil, oil all over the bag so oily. It tasted like they just poured lemon juice and extra salt on them. All I tasted was lemon and salt, no chicken. So salty that one bite made my blood pressure go up. I've never been so disappointed in a wing in my life.They where not enjoyable at all. They where gross enough for me to never go back. I live 4 minutes away. Tonight my friend and I went to get dinner. When we got home we realized that our order was wrong. We called several times before we could get someone on the phone. He explained to the young lady on the phone our issue, she asked him to hold on. Now this is where a small mistake gets turned into a big issue. She returns to phone and just right out accused him of not being truthful. She tells him that the cook said he prepared the order correctly. My friend is ex- military, now he back to full duty again. She now wants him to bring the food back to restaurant. Now I'm upset, because you got the order wrong he gotta bring food back to you. I will never spend my money there again. I just ordered a 10 piece all flat with chicken fried rice and a drink through Uber eats. Upon realizing they didn’t give the option to add yum yum sauce to the order, I called the restaurant directly and asked if they could add it to my order. The guy who answered told me that it comes with one so I said ok cool can you add another to the order because one will not suffice. When I asked how much it would cost to just add another sauce he said it doesn’t matter because he can’t add anything else to the order. That’s not what I asked, I asked you how much is it.
