This is my last time online ordering and door dashing from them. I know not everyone is perfect and people have bad days but I’m done getting my order wrong or messed up every time I DoorDash and/or pickup from them. In person everything is fine and always right. But for some reason once they see online or delivery order they couldn’t care less. I ordered a chicken ceasar wrap with no tomatoes because I’m allergic. I also substituted for lite ranch instead of ceasar. Not only did my wrap come not even sealed and almost falling out, it had some spicy orange sauce on it with tomatoes. I don’t know if I got the wrong order or they just completely messed it up but either way I’m irritated. On top of that I order extra lite ranch and their salsa which I find delicious and get every time and pay extra for. I did not receive any of my sauce. My smoothie on the other hand was great and I would definitely recommend the Bahama mama. But then again it’s not that hard to follow a recipe. I got the jalapeño corn on the side it was great considering it’s the only thing I could eat. Just wish they filled it up a little more for the price they charge. I rarely order online because this is 3rd time now this has happened. Something wrong with my food or missing items. But sometimes I just don’t have the time or energy to go in person to get food. I do love the smoothies and there always nice when I go in person. I just wish the service continued with all orders. Overall I’m very annoyed and disappointed. Not surprised because this has happened before but disappointed and don’t think this meets anyone’s standards. But for future reference for anyone go in person or don’t go at all! Read moreI ordered from this location about 2weeks ago on the mobile app for pickup. when I got there my order was not in a cubby but the receipt was and some remains of the smoothie were spilled on the counter, the receipt, and a trail on the floor towards the door. When i brought this to the young ladies attention, they said “oh someone must’ve taken your order but we can make it again for you if you want.” which I wasn’t too mad about because mistakes happen. As she was making the smoothie again I saw her add a bunch of powders but didn’t think much of it. when i got back in the car in my way to work which I was already running late for since someone took my order I tasted the smoothie and could taste that there was whey protein powder in it. I know what that stuff tastes like because i’ve had it before and it instantly makes me nauseous. So when i got to work i called and let them know that there was protein powder in my drink and they argued with me and said “ oh well the girl who made said she didn’t put any in there so I don’t Know what your tasting because she only put sugar in it” which if that’s the case then she put quite a bit of sugar since i watch how many scoops she put in. I asked to speak to the manager and it got quiet for probably about 2 minutes before the young Lady on the phone took down my name and number and said that her manager would give me a call. Read moreI ordered a smoothie and a shrimp wrap, paid and waited patiently. My smoothie came up within 5 minutes but the shrimp wrap took forever. The were people ( at least 5) that entered, ordered and pick up their food/ smoothies after me. After 10-12 minutes or so I asked the smoothie maker young lady "Where is my order?". She responded that it was being made now. This is NOT an acceptable answer when the order taker was the same person making the food as she deliberately made other orders after my order. I'm a regular at tropical smoothie cafe but at this location I was not treated like a customer. I will never go this this location again because at other locations, there is a smile from the employee, an attentiveness to details, and a responsiveness to get my order completed in a timely fashion. I'm not asking for a refund but to bring awareness of this situation. This may have happened to other people but no one has taken the time to call them out for their poor service.
