Serving both my husband and I said we would wait for the fresh food .it was being made, so we were ok waiting.. I asked for the kids' meal, which is ɓasically what I always order. I asked for greens, and Angela put an extremely small portion of 3 pieces of broccoli . I asked for some more, and she literally grabbed the tongs and squeezed them, placed it over my container, and NOTHING came out she slightly smirked and closed the box.. when I sat down ( my husband sat down cuz he didn't want to stand to wait) (I also went to get us drinks and didn't see them serve his food just grabbed by chance the greens) my husband was shocked because tilpically he gets a good portion but only got 4 pieces of shrimp.. but he didn't want to make a fuss, so he didn't ask for more...... I did want more, so I went back to order a med portion of green where there wasn't anyone attending, Ms. Angela saw me but never more and turned to face away. Thankfully, Renan came to assist me .. he was kind, sweet, and gladly served me. I explained what happened and apologized for what happened and gave me a little more. When I went to pay and was asked, I would like sauce. There was no more chili sauce, but Renan jumped in and gave me some of the sauce he made for cooking it was amazing. Read moreOk, I'm going to be blunt, this restaurant needs help in many ways. We walked in at around 7:50pm to be met with them having nothing ready so we waited for almost 25 minutes for our food. I had the Orange Chicken plate with fried rice and the orange chicken was very good but the fried rice left a lot to be desired. It was dry oh my word was it dry and it had no flavor at all and needed salt. My husband went to get some salt and they were out of salt! He actually had to go out to our car and get some out of the glove box. My husband had the Bejing Beef and he said it was just ok. Ok, now you could order a drink but they were either out of ice or the machine was broken so that was strike 2. They have bathrooms but they were out of order or not available to the public because they were blocked off with stools and a mop bucket, strike 3. And strike 4 belongs to the music in the restuarant was so loud that you could hardly hear the person with you, that topped with all of the people in there talking loud to each other it was deafening. Read moreI came in at 845(they close at 930). Had two poor ladies working the make line with a line to the door once I stood there for about 10 minutes. Line didn’t move for first 15 minutes. Had 3 people in front of me and spent 30 minutes standing in line and waiting on my food. The managers name was Quy whom sat and watched this then decided to start closing down at 910 instead of helping his overwhelmed employees whom were very nice. Quy is an awful manager and just smirked when I made my complaint. They also didn’t have half the stuff on there menu left. If Quy spent more time helping his team they could have easily had things available in the 30 minutes me and 10+ others waited. Very poor management skills coming from someone who’s been in management for over 12+ years. Don’t come here after 830 if you want good service. Y’all should find a new manager. Quy is absolute trash and showed 0 care about his customers and even his employees working their tails off. All the blame to the manager. Feel awful for anyone working...
