Young Alex is very nice. He helped me very well yesterday I tipped him twice yesterday I bought lobster tail. I bought a frozen piece of salmon to bring home to cook. I bought frozen four pieces of weddings to bring home to cook when I want. I bought two scallops to bring home to cook when I want The hot food yesterday I purchase a lobster tail I purchased two scallops which they fried and cut up who has them to cut up my scallops Destin I’ve never had that experience, but I hate it I purchase also a O hot spicy hot, frozen sausage that when I open the bag today the next day the sausage wasn’t in there I have no reason to lie. We’re going back to the hot food. I purchased yesterday when I got home I tried to eat a piece of my lobster tail. It was hot as it was unacceptable I tried to eat a shrimp. Unacceptable over cooked. I’m taking it back today. I called them. I spoke to Alex Mother , she went up hanging up on me. I’m speaking the truth if you want seafood go to Q seafood on Highway 40 to Highway 42 right in front of the Walmart if you want seafood which is not over cook go to QQ seafood because VIP a patron there at least 12 times in the past seven years. I’ve lived over here. This is the first time my food was unacceptable so I’m going to visit them today with the same pan of food and we’ll see what happens but I have no reason to lie like Alex. Mother tends to think that I’m lying and she yelled at me. Who are you lady you don’t know me and she needs to smile nobody wants to walk into a store looking at a ugly bit of face, and that face matched her yelling at me today you don’t yell at me you don’t know me I’m a kind God loving person but don’t think I will because you’re behind out if you need it I’m going there today we’ll see what happens. This place is disgusting from the employees facial expressions and services to the conditions of the building. White male was eating at the front counter while people were waiting to get their order taken. He took his sweet time and acted like someone was interrupting him . I asked for steamed shrimp from the younger mixed male and received fried, they dont listen but can show how rude and mean spirited they are. They charge $54.00 for 1 pound of king crab , it used to be no more than $27.99. You would think with all the money they make you can afford to fix up the ceiling tiles . Literally just look up and see the mold growing on the tiles and dust over the vents. Cracked tiles with water stains !! Come on I can only imagine the back kitchen. If I didnt get treated here I would never come here. But I didn’t want to be rude and turn down any food, spending my own money though is a HELL NO, renovate this building and get better customer service with the people behind the counter.
