I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced at store #00007856 on June 23, 2025, between 6:00 PM and 6:11 PM. Unfortunately, the customer service fell well below expectations. Everyone was moody especially the female tattoo percing long nails black team lead.
Upon entering, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the manager, Thalia. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Biggie Bag, and while waiting, I observed concerning hygiene practices. The staff handling fries did not wear gloves while transferring them into containers packs something I believe to be a standard food safety protocol. When I raised this concern, I was told that gloves aren’t required as long as employees don’t directly touch the food. This response was alarming and reflects a troubling attitude toward cleanliness and customer health.
More distressing was witnessing a drive thru employee, identified as Luis, take fries that had already been handed to a customer and return them to the fries batch. This poses a serious food safety risk. I declined my order and requested a refund, which was issued without inquiry or an attempt to address the issue.
The only bright spot during my visit was the professionalism and respectful demeanor of one of the white gay cashiers, who handled his role with care and courtesy.

Read moreI order from here the other night. I decided to save my salad for the next day as I have done from plenty of restaurants and never had a problem. Well this time I did and my salad s so watered down and brown. So I called the store to see if I was able to get a replacement. Well no one answered the phone so I called the 1800 spoke to a lady and she stated someone would call me. Later that day i received a call from Betty about my salad. She stated to me that the salads are only good for that day and it's not her fault. I told her all i wanted to do was get a replacement salad. She then stated that she will do it this time but made sure she let me know it's not her fault tat my salad turned brown. So i guess as a customer i am supposed to know your company's salad is only good for nine hours. When u buy salad from olive garden and eat it two days later and it is still good. Then to tell me to make sure i give a good review because she is going to replace my salad that she stated again was not her fault. Read moreThis place has gotten so much better and in the entire time I’ve gone here, I’ve only had one specific bad experience and that was about three years ago with a cashier they had working there at the time. Since then, they really got their act together so I took down the one star review I wrote at the time. The employees they got these days are a lot nicer and caring than those they’ve had before. I’m glad Wendy’s listened to the feedback they got and improved a whole lot at this location.
They rarely get my order wrong and the food is consistently hot and fresh. I even like that they got those touch screens where you can order your food that way. I was at another Wendy’s but in Norcross yesterday and they are nowhere near as good as this franchise is. I wrote a different review for them and gave them two stars for the lousy customer service and bad attitude I received from them there but that’s another story, not to mention the food looking cold and old there as well.
