Once again, I'm ashamed to say I got caught up in Wendy's commercials with the subliminal messages! I placed my order online and had it set where I could pick it up by going through the drive-thru! When I arrived, there was a line, but it seemed like it was moving, or at least it was until I pulled up to the keyous! I was asked to hold on! So I waited, and waited, and waited! After what seemed like close to ten minutes, someone finally asked me for my order! I explained that I was picking up my online order and gave my info per the email that I received! I was told to pull to the 2nd window! Once there, I repeated my info again! This time, I was told to pull up to the Red rail! I informed the person at the window that a car was sitting there already, but I was told to pull up behind them anyway. Now, here is where I made my 2nd mistake, I pulled up to close to the suv at red rail not leaving myself enough room to pull out cause I didn't want to block the people that were coming up behind me in the drive-thru! The person in the suv received her order, then got out and went inside the Wendy's and left her car just sitting there without pulling ahead, which meant I was stuck behind her! My order finally came out in a greasy bag, which was the 1st red flag! The 2nd was the runner didn't have the frosty that I ordered, so I had to wait while he went to retrieve it! Now that I have my whole order, the lady that left her suv in front of me had not returned, and the line behind me could not move! So I had to inch my way out of the line by backing as far as I could without hitting the car behind me, then angling forward without hitting the abandoned suv in front of me! After 4 trys, I managed to get out! Now I live less than 10 minutes away from this Wendy's! When I left home, my basketball game had just started. When I finally returned home, the game was at the end of the 3rd quarter! Now let me tell you about the food I received! I ordered a jr cheese burger biggie bag with a frosty and a Dave's single cheese burger! I requested no salt on the fries! What I received in the greasy bag was cold salty fries and cold chicken nuggets! The meat on both burgers was as thin as shoe soles, cold, and overcooked! I managed to get half of the Dave's cheese burger down, but after the pickle was gone, so was the taste! The 1st couple of spoon of the frosty was good, but after a few more, I began to detect a funny aftertaste! Needless to say, the rest of the it went into the trash along with the unfinished Dave's cheese burger, the cold salty fries, the cold chicken nuggets, and the untouched Jr cheese burger! I remembered thinking to myself that if Big Dave was alive, he would be outraged on the fact that this order was allowed to be served! I will admit this is the 1st time that I have actually purchased anything from Wendy's since his passing, and I don't think I will ever make that mistake again! RIP Big...

And if I did stay to far from them and too tired i would have to all this stuff back.My grilled chicken breast was dried out with old lettuce. I had a grilled order which should have gave give me a fresh sandwich NOPE . I had two cheese burger kids meal specially made . One with no pickles. Somebody pulled the pickles off and served the sandwich. The other one was cheese and mayo. She got cheese and ketchup. The lady in drive thru said. They come with ketchup and cheese. Then you don't give the kids a toy. Really. For $5. No toy..We have to do better. Plus the light on tdd he drive thru side did not work. Who ever is the General Manager of that Particular Store. You need to do a better job assessing it. That store makes major $$$$$ for it and your customers to be treated Second Hand.This is ridiculous. Read moreFor the life of me. I would never be able to understand why it took an hour to get through the drive thru. 20 mins to get to the speaker and another 40 to get to the window. I ordered on the app thinking that would help. Unfortunately it didn't. When I told the young lady what my name was.... Her response was I hate that name Jermaine! When I can finally see through the window, the order taker has the headset and a airpod in the other ear. The line is wrapped around the building to the point that it was backing up to the road. Noone cared due to the fact that one at a time the guys on the grill were coming outside to prop open the door for a cigarette break (unacceptable). I basically waited all that time for my fries to still be cold, one of the sandwiches were made wrong, I didn't receive napkins or straws...... I think if everyone would've been doing their jobs, Im certain the wait wouldn't have been that long. That needs to be corrected...
