After a long day of work I decided to stop here because it’s closer to my home. My server knew I had a day I guess how sad I was looking. Not only did she have great customer service she cared about my day and did everything she could to make me comfortable. I sat and waited to order because my finance was meeting me there. When she arrived we both ordered our food. I ordered the lobster flatbread and she had a crab queso dip. I’m eating away until my finance noticed it was mold on my food💔 I instantly felt sick to my stomach!!!!! MOLD????????????? I’ve ate out at plenty of restaurants never have I encountered MOLD! My stomach was turning! We stop our waitress clearly it wasn’t her fault. When we asked to speak to a manger she got her for me. The manager was very rude and not understanding AT ALL! I deal w leading a restaurant, so I’m aware of how I should have be treated. Not only did she try to make us pay for our food but she was just SO RUDE and wanted us out of her face. Again I am a GM for TWO restaurants, where is it that because you close out a ticket you can’t still print out a zero out ticket?? She refused to give me my ticket saying once it’s closed out you cannot re print it. THAT IS A LIE! Shame of her for having poor customer service skills and not being understanding that I didn’t make my own plate! She needs to learn how to deflect a customer that simply had mold in her food! I threw up as soon as I made it home! Shane on whoever sent my plate out and didn’t catch that! Mistakes do happen but MOLD??????? It was the attitude and her rushing my emotions due to me swallowing mold! 0/0 but my waitress was so nice and understanding and she cared! Maybe she needs to be the manager! NEVER AGAIN!

I haven't been to Red Lobster in forever, but I feel like it's a custom to visit when I'm in the south and visiting my amazing family. First off I want to start off by saying I wanted to take my new best friend, Josh, with me. Please give that wonderful man a raise. The best waiter I've had in years, and I've had incredible waiters. He worked it, I didn't even recognize the establishment was just the TWO waiters, on a Saturday.. He was so charming, and patient. He actually stayed just to give us the best service ever. We are all indecisive, but also just engaged in long overdue conversation, he just patiently waited along, served us drinks charmed us with his personality. The food was hot and fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. 👌 The buttery cheese biscuits were on point as they always are, the way I remember. I finally was old enough to order something besides a Shirley Temple, so I had a less sweet Margarita, great. 👍 My Grandaddy ordered a long Island Iced Tea, he only needed one. ;)🍹 The mussels were tasty, the broth was my favorite. I had fried shrimp, scallop screwers, salmon, and mashed potatoes. My Auntie had the sesame salmon with the quinoa, brussel sprouts, and edamame. She said everything was fantastic. 👌 Someone else had a baked potato, shrimp scampi, I think a mixed Seafood platter, everyone was quiet afterwards because we were all enjoying our meal. ..🍤🦐🥦🥗 Great way to come back and see Red Lobster 🦞✨❤️✨🦞 Shoot, I'd just come back even for that great service. Thanks again Josh! Will definitely come again when visiting.

This was of course disappointing. So, I called the store and requested a manager. Quantia answered the phone and said she was the manager. After telling her the issue, there was no compassion or empathy. She just said, I can refund the soup. Our salads are precut so that’s likely how two heads ended up in there. I said well what can we do about this? Well, you can come back and we can make it over again. Tell me who wants to come home, after they’ve already waited for an order that we entrusted in an establishment to be correct, and it wasn’t, only to have to leave their home to go back out? This was poor food handling service and poor customer service. I am writing to inform you all of the options given and the lack of empathy shown for a mistake that Red Lobster employees made. I gave this place one star because I had to in order to leave this review. They truly didn’t deserve that.

I recently visited m with my sister, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations. From the drinks to the food, there were numerous issues that left us unsatisfied.

We started by ordering the watermelon mint martini, which turned out to be a major disappointment. The first drink arrived with a pale pink color and a strong taste of cheap alcohol. After sending it back, the second one looked better but still tasted awful. It was clear that the quality of the drink was lacking.

As for the food, I ordered the endless shrimp, which was a letdown as well. The lukewarm alfredo shrimp was served on undercooked rice pilaf, which the manager claimed was just a garnish. Additionally, the broccoli I ordered was lukewarm and lacked flavor. The only redeeming part of my meal was the coconut shrimp, which was cooked properly.

My sister ordered the butter garlic crabs, but they arrived at the table cold. The server informed us that they were out of broccoli, only for a cook to later bring cold broccoli to our table. The lack of communication and attention to detail was frustrating.

While our server provided exceptional service, it was overshadowed by the subpar food and drink experience. Despite summoning the manager, we were only offered a 10% discount, which seemed inadequate considering the level of dissatisfaction we experienced. What made matters worse was that we didn't even touch the drinks.

Although the prompt greeting and seating were positive aspects of our visit, the overall food and beverage service was well below average. I would urge the restaurant management to take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their offerings.

Unfortunately, Horrible!!

I’ve been a Red Lobster customer for many years, I’ve dined at numerous restaurants in various states and the food and services were always impeccable. This was our first time at this location, I think where we went wrong was not following our gut and dine elsewhere. It is said that first impression last, our first impression at this location was the foul smell upon entering this establishment; this was an indication to leave, unfortunately we decided to stay and give it a shot. It saddens me to say this was THE worse I’ve ever had. Not only was our lobsters undercooked (half of mine in particular was literally raw); the mash potato had a foul smell and an old stale taste to it, I highly doubt that was a freshly made mash potato. The rice was extremely greasy to the point where eating even a small amount would make you nauseated. Also the broccoli obviously was stale broccoli that they microwaved; the fish, shrimp and the beverages wasn’t too bad. Unfortunately we had to request our lobster be properly cooked: the server was noticeably annoyed that we dissatisfied with our food, it was written all over her face and in her body language. Nevertheless we were not going to spend all that money on food and not take it. Therefore we requested a to-go-box, paid our bill (still tip the waitress) and leave. We ended up donating the food to a homeless person on the street.

If you have never had Red Lobster meals before and this location was your first, you’d have the impression Red Lobster’s food is horrible. I most definitely won’t be going back, neither will I recommend anyone to consume anything from this location; not only are they giving Red Lobster a bad rep. but they are also risking people’s health with their poor food safety practices. Me and my mother had a horrible customer experience dealing with Dominic (manger) and waitresses Harriet. We both ordered the 20$ shrimp special and was not informed what it comes with. The waitress asked us what kinds of three shrimps we wanted and we placed the order. After that Harriet (waitress) kept asking us 3-4 times if we want another round of shrimps (again not being informed that it does not come with the meal special that we ordered). When we were finished and got our check. They charged us for the endless shrimp even though we DID NOT ASK FOR IT. The waitress served to us without us even knowing. The manger (Dominic) then stepped in and blames us for the Harriet’s mistake. Still charging us for Harriet’s mistake and telling us we cant take the food out even though it is already in Togo boxed and bagged up. You would think the manager (Dominic) would know as the manager that when a worker from your business makes a mistake the customer get accommodated for that mistake and an apology. Clearly it didn’t go through his non-qualified head because I wouldn’t have to deal with his attitude nor his waitress attitude to just get accommodated if he understood that. What’s even more crazy is that apparently the customer is supposed to know more about the restaurant menu/specials than the actual workers that get paid to be there since we got blamed for their mistake and them still paid for their mistake. Seems to me that they don’t want reoccurring customers but instead want the place to be deserted. I will let anybody that I know or meet know not to go to this location and go somewhere that actually knows how to keep customers coming instead of making sure they never come back.
