I went to this location hoping to grab a quick bite before heading back to the office. They took my order and informed me they were out of the salad that I wanted to I got a Caesar salad instead and requested extra dressing & extra cheese which was denied because the salads are pre-made so they can't add ingredients and the extra salad dressing was not provided. I requested 2 sugar cookies and the associate stated they only had one so no offer to cook more was even an option seemingly, she asked me to pull forward without giving me a total. I pull up to the window and she just continues a conversation with an associate whilst I wait for about 1-2 minutes for a greeting. She mumbles a total when she comes to the window and doesn't offer a receipt. She hands me back my card after stating they are out of cup holders and tells me to pull forward (she doesn't ask me to) and then has another associate bring the remaining parts of my order out. I get back to the office and take notice that the extra dressing is missing, my medium fry is missing, the burgers are cold even though she pulled me forward specifically waiting for those items, one of the burgers had no lettuce or tomato which was not requested, and then when I called twice to follow up, they didn't answer the phone. I am thoroughly disappointed with this visit and I hope they do better...

The guy on the window was nice and tried charging me for the price difference and offered me to keep the daveâs because i did take a bite of it. This lady in the back, looked like the manager or just a lazy worker, just standing there, kept saying to the guy, âtell him to give the burger back so we can add the bacon.âI said, isnt the baconator a completely different burger? She kept ignoring me, and kept talking to the guy on the window telling him what to say to me when she was right there. After all the confusion, they took the burgers back so i said well youâre trowing that away itâs a waste of food. She says itâs a waste if i give it to you. I was like.. seriously?! In the trash is not a waste but giving to me its a waste. I understand it could be the policy but a woman like that shouldnât be manager. I really hope something is done here. This is a manager whoâs trying to trick a customer and then being super rude to the worker and me. (Customer) i really hope something is done here. Love this place. Always did.    Read moreVisited Wendy's today and attempted to order from the drive thru. The male that took our order was rude and rushed us throughout the ordering process. We were so frustrated, we went in where the experience got a little better due to the ladies that took our order. We asked for the manager to report the rude tx we received. The manager ended up being the same rude male who rushed us to order....and appeared very impatient. When confronted, He tried to justify his rude behavior by saying he had a lot going on around him..when the drive thru line was very short..and once entering the store, there wasnt anyone in the line.. I expressed my disappointment with the customer service... but no apology was given..the other team members however were very respectful and accommodating. The ladies even apologized for The treatment we recieved..this is the only reason why I gave this location two stars. The manager, however should have exhibited better patience and customer service skills..he was the MANAGER and should have lead by example, rather he did nothing.very...
