My family and I had the worst experience at this location. We went through the drive thru and we made some pretty simple orders. The only change was that I wanted to upgrade the drink that came with my meal to a frosty float. I have done this many times in the past at other locations with no problems. At this location, they took the order wrong and the man at the register said he would fix it and let them know. So, we went to the next window to get our food. The lady at the window started giving us our drinks and then started to hand us four frosty jrs. We told her that we didn’t order that and explained to her what happened at the last window. She gave us this hateful look and rudely said, “well that’s not on your receipt”. So, I politely told her again what I ordered. She repeated that it wasn’t on my receipt and then left the window. A man walked to the window looking confused and asked what the problem was, so I explained it again. He then left the window to make the frosty float. When he brought it back it was in a clear plastic cup with a flat lid and coke was foaming out of the top. He cleaned it off and gave it to me. I put it in the cup holder, finished getting the rest of my order and didn’t even get to check the order before we drove away because the coke was foaming all over the car. It was a huge mess! We had to pull over into a gas station parking lot so I could clean the coke off of the car and myself. Needless to say, we will not be back to this location! First the female cashier seemed to have no interest in helping me and had me go to the second cashier and then tried to take my son's order after seeing all of us talking together about what we wanted. She didn't mind helping all the men in front of us either. That set me a fire but that aside. The young male cashier looked spaced out and couldn't seem to handle taking the order. I had to tell him 3 times just one part of the order which was a kids nugget meal with apples. Simple! Then our order was wrong and that seemed to be an inconvenience to them like it was our fault. Once we did get the correct order the food tasted like it should being a chain restaurant. I also could see a "No vapeing in the store" sign posted on what I'm assuming to be the manager's office window from the counter. Least to say that left some unanswered questions. The just said the prize was 21 something we did get other things Get to window pay he's not happy kinda had an attitude. Got to next window heavy set boy was standing there talking to other employees then hands us drinks, I said thank you & the window slams, then he did it again, another employee gave us the food, he was nice. Then the big boy opens window and rudely say did you have the brownie cookie batter frosty (ordered chocolate) he got it anyways. Then another employee handed out two small frostys that was chocolate and vanilla.
