Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Blairsville

I have known the owner and most of the crew here for many years because my son worked here for almost 1.5 yrs. I have come to asks the management to help us with some of our charity work on three different occasions. There’s a reason I never eat at this location anymore. The GM, owner, are like Big Stars in the backstage area, and they act as if they are too good to even come out and say hello and speak with me for maybe two minutes. A worker took my information back to Sarah and the same young lady came back out and said the GM cannot give anything because they have already spent this month’s budget. I asks if she could come out so I can tell her what is going on The young lady went back to her office, came right back out telling me that the GM was in a manager meeting. I find it amazing that this company teaches the big importance of customer service, except when it comes to the owners and store management, they act like they are not suppose to speak to the public. I’ve asks Daniel for help two times before, and Sarah this time; it is amazing that I got the exact stories each and every time! Well now you know why I do not and have not ate at your Chick-fil-A in over 2 years. I actually was in a bind and needed a few giveaways to use for our St Jude charity game that we will play at the Farmers Market. I guess I can wait two more years and try again. This location is the closest to my home, but unfortunately, by making their parking lot bigger to increase business and traffic flow, the quality of food has gone from average to hardly worth eating. I ordered a Sausage Burrito meal today at 9:58 AM, while no one was in line placing an order, and a few minutes later, the burrito I was given was as HARD AS A ROCK from sitting under a warming lamp...SO MUCH FOR FRESHLY MADE EACH ORDER. I WAS AFRAID I MIGHT CHIP A TOOTH, but since I had somewhere to be in just a few minutes, I tore off the part that was hard and ate the one third of the remaining burrito. And on top of that, the Hash Browns were ice cold...like they had been cooked hours before. This used to be a good place to grab a morning meal and get on with my day. It is a good thing that none of the other chicken establishments offer breakfast or the CFA location would have a very empty parking lot. If you are looking for a good, HOT BREAKFAST...THEN KEEP ON DRIVING PAST THIS LOCATION and try the Taco Bell down the street...it couldn't be any worse...

Did a catering order for pick up at 5pm on Monday. Not ready when I arrived, employee did come over and say they are working on it. They proceeded to bring order out in pieces?? Here is your tea, then here is your napkins utensils and such!! Then employee finally brings the food and Good thing I checked!! I said where are the strips? OH you got strips too?? Then I had to ask where the tomatoes, lettuce and cheese was that came with the tray of chickens patties?? Then shame on me for not checking closer. Got home setting up for party, No cups and then no dressings that came with the cold chicken wraps!! Their answer to me when I called was You can come back and get them (45 minute drive) and I didn't pay anything so I couldn't get any kind of refund!! Well, Yes I did pay for them because they come with the tray I ordered.!! So, The whole catering experience was a mess and never will I use them again for catering. But, this is What Happens when you have "Kids" who seem to be more interested in themselves rather than the paying customer. SHAME ON...
