i have been going to this starbucks for 7 plus years and today was absolutely the only time i puked from the coffee. the coffee was so bitter and i the creme was curdled or spoiled or just not right. i told the pretend barista about the problem and i was told that the coffee is bitter because of the roast and to put more sugar and creme in it.. i told him to toss it and he did nothing more.. no offer to make new drip coffee or to refund my money.. nothing.. it was like talking to a wall.. not sure how this pretend barista sideshow circus is even allowed to perform in front of live customers.. i have never wanted to puke from any coffee, but today i did in the parking lot.. i would not be surprised if the crew actually did something to the coffee.. they were touching the garbage and fixing bagels or food over where they were touching garbage… i know i will never buy anything from there again. if i could give them a -10...

Of the dozens and dozens of times I've gone over the years they have NEVER had any drink carries in stock so I have to make several trips back and fourth to my car when I get drinks for everyone else. Also almost everytime I try to get egg bites I ask before I get them and they say they have the ones I want, then after I pay and I'm waiting they say "oh we don't have any of the ones you want, are these ones ok?" I literally asked BEFORE I ordered them and you supposedly checked and said you had them! Also almost every other time we go they manage to mess up at least one of our drinks, how does someone order an iced almond milk latte and you literally only fill the cup with ice and almond milk, absolutely no coffee in it whatsoever? Read moreHave gone into this Starbucks for several years and most of those times were ok, not good though!!! This trip, they don't seem to know what sweet cream foam is or a flat white. No coffee in the drink that I could taste and the milk tasted sour. Upon telling them this, they just ignored me or very RUDE!!!! The staff were very RUDE and did't give a care that I was angry. AND, no points due to their excuse"we are not a corporate store" and can't do points or scan the QR codes in app. So, I have lost several points now. They don't know how to do points either. And, you cannot order ahead in the app either!!!
