If i could give a negative star rating I would. I've had the worst experience at this location tonight I placed 2 separate mobile orders thru the app. I checked in at the intercom. Pull around and wait behind 2 cars. There's 2 gentlemen standing away from their parked cars and waiting to walk up to window and speak to someone inside of wendys thru window. Takes about 10 mins. I finally get to the window, the guy tells me that he doesn't see an order for me but had the other order is ready. Hands me the food for the first mobile order. And then hands me someone else's food thinking I was referring to that name. Ask for my name again and ask if I can cancel the order. I explained to him that it already charged my card and I'll have to wait 3 to 5 business for my money to come back. He asked me to the place the order again, so I do. Remind u its a line behind me. He says I didn't get it still after seeing the order on my phone for that specific location and name. I asked to speak to manager. She comes to window with an attitude and rolling her eyes. She says that she can't do anything about this and I need to contact corporate for this issue. Walks off while throwing her hands up saying she can't do anything bout it. I ask the guy for manager name. He says he dont know. He takes my order at window and charges my card for a third time just for one meal. Tells me to pull up to front door. Seems as if they forgot about me. After 10 mins, young girl comes out w my food after standing in doorway tlkn to some thru headset. I ask for manager name again, she shrugs her shoulders and walk off. While she's waiting for someone to come open the door, I ask for bbq sauce. She nods head yes with her back turnt. She never comes back out. So I back up to window, guy hands me bbq sauce after I ask again ask for manager name, she's yelling while walking away from window area, have a great night! Bye! He says he dont know. I expect this from McDonald's or popeyes. Not wendys. This location always has rude managers and bad customer service. I'm very disappointed and disgusted. Read moreIm a dasher and I walk into this Wendy’s and turn around and walk out to sit inside if my car because it was too many people. I wait about 7 minutes or so cause by now I know my customers order should be ready. I go back inside to the counter. I was never greeted by anyone. Then this person walks up I believe a Trans.which I have to make that clear so Wendy’s knows who I’m talking about. Helps three people before me which I didn’t havw a problem with. After helping the three people still doesn’t acknowledge me I didn’t say I have a pick up gave the name of the person he didn’t goes or she if I’m getting it wrong I apologize but I don’t know if it was a man or a woman but he then goes. Oh let me check and see he’s looking at these three receipts, but there is a bag behind him that he never checked to see so then he goes with an attitude mind you he already had an attitude as soon as I walked to the counter for no reason, he goes with an attitude. I don’t have it I go is that not it is that not the bag behind you he turns around get the bag, hands it to me. I take the bag turn around to walk out the door. He’s dead cussing at me and calling me disrespectful words which I can’t put here they are very rude disrespectful no customer service and that person that man or that woman whatever it was at the front needs to be working. Read moreI cant speak as a customer but as an employee. I literally helped with the rebuild and worked along side of the owner in which he was pleasant. I was promised a raise and a manager promotion as i was a former manager for a different fanchise as i was over qualified. Ms Chris is cool and rude as hell but she means well. As for the GM goodnight nurse. Promises you pay and hours but get treated like a slave and dosent value that employees cant survive off 8.00 an hr. If you on the bus your doomed cause you cant afford rent and bus fair. You have to choose between eating and walking to work. I even complained to hr about the bad habits of the management senior and no reply and was swept under the rug. If you need a job take it but definitively keep up with the job search cause the GM wont even give you a 4 for 4 if your hungry. Bad management but great team mates. Except the one that sits at the back cash register during the rush stealing the money out the register. I guess that explains why you will never see a raise. Its all about the GMs bonus not you as a person. I will never work for a franchise like this one ever again. I left that store and made assistant manager back home withing 2 weeks.
