I came her Saturday afternoon and the line was completely empty, parking lot not busy either. I ordered a single kids grilled cheese after waiting a few minutes to have my order taken. I was then told to pull up and wait for my single kids grilled cheese to be made. My wife pointed out they didnāt give me back my card so I went inside to wait to get that back. A couple of minutes after that, employee comes out to my car to tell me my car had been charged twice on accident I assume for the person behind me. I couldāve made a grilled cheese at home faster and now Iām paying for someone elseās meal behind me? He offers to credit me (mind you I have a hungry kid in the car), so I follow him inside only for him to disappear and come back to ask me if I had been helped yet. I was forgotten in 30 seconds that I possibly just spent exponentially more than a kids grilled cheese meal. Someone else came up to complain that their wings were made cold as I was about to explain Iām the guy who you just told you charged twice. Went inside (to an empty restaurant) and asked the girl working at the counter for the correct drink. She said sheād fix it āright now.ā She put the drink down at the register and spent two minutes doing something with the register. When she finished she said she had to do a Grub Hub order and then walked to get the correct drink. I left the store and once on the road took a sip of that drink- it was a Diet Coke. The parking lot had been a mess to get out of so I did not go back again. Thankfully the food order was correct, but there were no napkins in the bag. There was dirt and stuff caked on the carpet mats. Tables had previous customer left over crumbs and spilled drinks on tables. The door handle coming in was sticky, there were bugs crawling in the floor in the ladies room and ripped toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. The chicken tenders had an off texture but the fries were standard. I'm thoroughly turned off from this location of Zaxbys probably for a very long time.
