No stars came here with my co worker for lunch Thursday 02/23/23 we both order & paid $10.76 for the Asian salad-the only thing I eat from here. I received a half full salad with one tender that wasnāt even diced properly no salad dressing that goes on the side I informed Mr. Henry, he tells me the salad is full heās not giving me anymore lettuce or chicken for my salad. I got a refund immediately. My co worker kept her salad
after reading the reviews online a refund is more important than customer service I see why heās in the back working his attitude was terrible no customer service skills at all Mr. Henry Not only are Facial expressions are everything The lettuce is supposed to cover the bottom of the bowl no black should be seen Working in this field for over 25 years I know the game I know what youāre trying to do with your food cost

Awful experience and I would never go there again! I was yelled at while placing my order because she couldnāt hear me. I get to the window to add on because placing the order was a horrible experience after repeating myself 4xās. At the window they were also very unprofessional! After I got my food I looked at it and did not like the presentation of it. I simply stated I didnāt not like it and to refund me. So of course as the highly trained staff they are they closed the window and began to make disrespectful remarks and comments. I even overheard one of them call me ugly. I kept it very respectful with them and still was treated like I was bothering them for doing what they get paid to do. We have to get these pandemic employees off the clock and hire actual people that want to be at work & do their jobs correctly. If youāre not customer service friendly then why get in that field! As I'm waiting for my order, the employees were laughing, talking loudly amongst themselves, and using profanity. As if customers standing in the dining area couldn't hear them. One gentleman in line yelled out. 'You all should be trying to fix people orders instead of playing around.' The time now is 9:15 pm and I ask the manager how much longer on my order? She said, "Were waiting on chicken fingers." At the same time, I hear the cashier yell to the back and tell her coworker "to drop more chicken fingers." She also said, "You do this every time and never drop enough chicken fingers." It's now 9:21pm. I told the manager, "I want a refund." She grabbed my receipt and turned around, and my food was finally up. I took my food, and by that time, the dining room had at least 10 people waiting to place their order. I told one gentleman on the way out, "That he's in for a long wait." He walked out right behind me. When I got home, I no longer wanted the salad. They also cheated me on the chicken tenders.
