Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Georgia

Old National location. I placed two separate orders. The first order I place was for 10:30a delivery (pepperoni pizza and Cinnabons) and then I realized I should probably order a second pizza (cheese) so I ordered another pizza and mistakenly chose pick up. Thinking about it now, I probably would have also done it purposely to avoid a second delivery fee for two items being delivered together anyway. I called the location to have them put both pizzas together to be delivered at the same time However, the store wasn’t open yet (it was 9:30a) so I called repeatedly until around 10:02 AM when the call center answered. I told them what happened and how I wanted them both delivered and they placed me on hold for an hour and 30 minutes!!! Around 10:30, I began calling the store on another phone hoping to get someone at the store while I was on hold with the call center. No one ever answered the store and no one came back to the line from the call center- not even to check in with me during the whole 90 minutes. I ended up calling the DoorDash driver when I received a text message saying that they were on their way to pick up my pizza and I let the driver know that I had two orders and that both of them should be delivered together. The DoorDash driver let me know when they got there that Pizza Hut would not allow them to do that. Since Pizza Hut only gave the driver one pizza, I continuously called the store but no one answered. For this reason, only one pizza (pepperoni) was delivered to my son’s school (at 11:38!!! An hour late and their lunch time was 11-11:30a!!!)and they didn’t have time to eat it. It all went to waste since the daycare had nowhere cool to store it and it and its unsafe after 2hrs.

Some random person called me several hours later and said that my pizza that was scheduled for pick up at the store (cheese) was delivered to them with their pizza (8pm that night) and they got my name and number from the receipt. I have been trying to contact the store because they owe me a refund but I am not...

If I could give no stars I would for this particular Pizza Hut restaurant at 6055 OLD NATIONAL HWY. #B. First I was stunned about how rude the associate was that answered the phone. She answered saying, "We not taking no more orders". I told her thank you for letting me know but that is not why I was calling. I stated my issue, she could not help me or. find my order and she gave the phone to an associate that stated she was the front counter manager. She was rude as well and when I asked for someone else in charge she puts me on hold and a guy picks up and says,"YES". I asked who was I speaking with he tells me you asked to speak with me yes. I responded and asked what was his name told him my problem and he was even ruder than the first 2 ladies I spoke with. Out of all the years that we have been ordering from this location even during the pandemic I have never received service like this. Well I originally called the store and could barely understand the woman. I asked if she delivered to Embassy suites and still never gave me an answer. I gave her my phone number asked about a deal that they may have and she didn't listen to anything I said. I then told her 4get the deal I would just order it separate she put me on eternal hold. I hung up and ordered it online got the confirmation at 5:38pm. Quoted 50 mins ok np. Still at 7:38 pm no delivery I called the store and the woman that answered the phone says yes ur pizza is still here I only have 1.5 drivers you have 4 deliveries in front of you and I don't know how long that will take. I MEAN REALLY????? I bought $30.00 worth of food. I am not on eternal hold to customer service literally for 26 mins rn and no one answering that phone.
