We had a small drive through order. We had to pull over to wait for our food. We could get no soda as they were completely out of C02 (they were out of co2 about two weeks ago also and didn’t serve soda for over a week). So we asked for an iced tea. They eventually brought the food, but no drink. They went back in to get the unsweetened tea requested and never returned. When we went in to get our drink, we were told that they only had sweet tea. So no one was going to come tell us and they were just going to leave us in the drive through? The manager said that she would refund the drink price. We paid cash. She said she couldn’t refund it in cash because she didn’t have enough money in the drawer… This store has been terrible in every way for the last few months. They’re always out of things or the quality of food is poor. The chicken was rubbery and they didn’t get the burger...
Read moreWent thru drive thru on 1/3/25 and was told no soft drinks so I asked for a powerade was told they could only do water coffee and hot tea I asked for a water and was charged for a bottle of water and not for the cup itself so I asked to cancel my order I'm not mad at the young lady who took my order but more mad at the management I've been where that young lady is and know what you have to do to change things she hasn't been properly trained at her post when the restaurant has an issue like downed co2 she should have been shown how to ring up the order correctly that's not her fault its management. So the owner of that franchise needs to do better and get off there lazy asses in Colorado and train their crew...
Read moreIf I could give any more of a negative review as the police report filed for the threats and complete attack by 7 employees I would. I'm not going to apologize for asking for the complete order that i paid for. Or for wanting to speak with the manager because of how i was treated for asking for my full order which i did so politely. I will NEVER spend not one single penny that I work for to support such disgusting behavior by not only crew employees but also the manager. The owner of this establishment should absolutely be ashamed of how it's being ran and how terrible their customers are being treated. Shame...
