Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Germantown

Not a good day at Germantown Hot Heads. Food is usually amazing! Portions full and hearty… Service usually always superb. This afternoon however was the exception. Food was not great, service worse! Brown rice under cooked… hard even. About 10 small diced up cubes of chicken in an entire bowl. The portion of the bowl was so much smaller than any I’ve ever had. I wondered if somehow I received a kids portion. Ordered chips and Queso also.. only a 1/4 of bag had chips… nothing but air to fill the paper sack. What Made everything a little worse was the attitude of the young lady making the food. This was this afternoon around 12 to 12:30 PM. The portions of the food and the chips made it seem like they were barely scraping by and needed to save food for other people. We usually go in the evening and the gentleman who works the register and makes the food is amazing, but today was a major exception. spent money on food we could not eat and to top it off, the young lady did not care when we called to express the issue. Brushed off and blamed others. if I were to go back to this location, it would be only in the evening where it seems like you were treated nicely. the food is warm and the portions are full . The young lady who worked this afternoon needs to find another profession. Customer service and food prep is clearly...

It was my first time eating at This Hot Head Burrito 🌯...in Germantown on Route 4...this past Sunday around 8pm and I will have to say I was surprised by how enjoyable it was lol! The food and staff are GREAT!! The moment my boyfriend and I walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff member behind the counter... He was professional, personable, engaged in the task at hand, knowledgeable about his job, and beyond kind. I Really wish I remembered this employees name because he went over and beyond with every person he helped...to be nice and to make sure their food was exactly how they asked. I want to be honest and admit that Hot Heads isn't one of my favorite places, but this time.... my food was AMAZING... I always get and got this time... a Burrito inside a bowl with pulled pork, white rice 🍚, black beans, orange cheese (not white), TINY bit of sweet red sauce (the ones in bowls that have to be spooned/scooped out), and for the sauce from the bottle...3 sweet teriyaki on the side... the portions of each item was perfect!! We had even eaten inside because the restaurant was clean and put together..... they also had hand sanitizer out for everyone to use. I will definitely go back and I recommend this Hot Head Burrito 🌯 if you're in...

We drove ten miles to pick up our online order. The prep staff was friendly and helped me out. We drove ten miles home to eat as a family and found that our order was COMPLETELY wrong. It was like they had mixed up all the orders we placed and just shoved random stuff into bowls. We called them and explained, went through every item by ingredient, and the manager Betty was extremely rude with me so I handed the phone off to my dad. He was explaining why he was upset, because they were going to take the wrong orders and replace them, but that was another twenty miles worth of gas, and the woman had the nerve to set the phone down instead of listening to his problem. He realized it and angrily called her out and she just HUNG UP on him. TOTALLY rude and unprofessional. We will never return to this location, and if I could give zero stars I would. This ISN'T the first time they've botched our orders, but it will definitely...
