Taco Bell — Restaurant in Germantown

It’s a “new” Taco Bell so they have the fancy order screens inside, which means no paper receipt. You can only get a receipt by entering your phone or email. I opted for no receipt, since we were the only ones in the dine-in area. I don’t really want texts or emails from TB. Anyways, surely it wouldn’t take them that long to make our food? Unfortunately for us, our order was mistakenly handed out to a lucky customer through the drive-thru, leaving us stranded for 30 mins while others coming in after had their orders promptly filled. No receipt, so no way to “prove” I spent $ and awaiting an order to be filled. When I alerted the staff, they finally filled the order … in a to-go bag. Fine, I’ll oblige on not having a tray. But then discovered, missing side of sour cream! They then wanted to charge me for an “extra” side of sour cream. They eventually turned over a pathetic shot of sour cream in a cup for “free.” Overall, we were not impressed and won’t be back...

I just can't believe what I've just been through at Taco Bell First they gave me the wrong bag a young man with exposed arm pits reach out the window snatched that bag black and gave me another bag. On our way home we realized we didn't have our food. After returning to the store and asking for our order they couldn't find our order in there system. After reciting our order the girl tried to give me back money that was a different amount than I paid. I explained I wanted food not a refund. At that time I was ask to leave the store.without my money or food. Just can't believe the situation total madness. I will call tomorrow when there may be an adult there to hear my...

We have two TB in equal distance from our house, when we want TB this one is the go to. If we’re near the other one and TB is the must we drive past it and out of the way to go here. Food has always been fresh, and as ordered. Everyone in our family tweaks their order and this is the one place that consistently gets it right. To top it off they are friendly and polite. In today’s service industry this is hard to find-kudos to the staff here.

Side note- Taco Bell has gotten expensive!! I know everything is up but also shrinkflation needs to be evaluated! $20 for a value meal and a 5 pc nugget...
