Originally spoke to a gentleman who claimed he was the General manager, he was very polite, our wings cheesy bread and breadsticks were horrible, he explained it was due to a Door dash driver stealing money and they were overwhelmed, he offered full refund and credit, I told him do not worry about the refund just put the credit on the account. He was very polite and professional, so a week passes we go to order again , we tell the person who again claimed to be the store manager but was a different person that we were given a store credit that we can provide my wife's name and number. From the start of the conversation this man was rude , unprofessional, argumentative, and aggressive, I told him I was going ro speak to his supervisor , he informed me that " I better come at him correct and best not threaten him" of course any customer receiving this treatment would get upset , so I met his rude disposition, I then called back to try again, to no avail he was worse than the first encounter. I then hung up for I was done. He then called me back threatening me telling me I better watch out who I don't come correct to. I did tell him on first call it was being recorded. If this business has any kind of integrity they would not allow this leadership. If he was the GM I honestly believe the first gentleman should hold that position and this man should be coached on anger management, customer service, and integrity. If this is the type of leadership Papa Johns has I do not see them making in the hospitality industry much longer. But I do believe it is only the one store in Germantown due to him...
   Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service in the world. Waited 1 1/2 for our food to be delivered which wasnât really the problem. When the driver got here, he told us that somehow our food was forgotten and heâd go get it. Waited another 1 1/2-2 hours and some of our food was forgotten again. Called to let them know and they said they would send it out. Waited again and called to see where it was but no one would answer. Never ended up getting the rest of our food that night. They did promise a refund which never happened. So I called to check on that, they said give it a few more days. Called today(10 days later)because there is still no refund and spoke with Josh the manger who was super rude and basically told me there was never even an ordered place that day so I would have to take it up with my bank as it was my their fault. We have had multiple other issues with this Papa Johns but understand sometimes things happen and honestly being mean over food is ridiculous but this was dealt with horribly and offered no help in getting it rectified other than âI have to...

The first time we ordered they delivered half the order and said they were sorry they had a fight in the store with employees so they'd have to come back with rest of order which was already pushing an hour delivery time. . This time we ordered online at 1013pm.. Guess what.. we didn't get any of our order this time. Not a phone call, nothing we called and nobody picked up and then by 11pm the machine said closed. So now we have 56 dollars worth of pizza we never got to eat. We had hungry kids and guests. Total disregard for customers this store. Stick to Captain 9s and Don's. At least they call you if there are issues and or show up on time...
