We've been wanting to try this place for some time, but like you, it's a bit out of the way...Tonight, no kids, no dogs... we're doing it.. We walked in without a reservation and they pointed at open seating, so we grabbed a two person table by the door. The Server was very friendly and informative, attentive but not overly so, which is just the best! I started off with a sea salt Carmel martini. It is really good, kind of like a buttery nipple on steroids lol my wife started with a mimosa. She said it tastes like fresh squeezed orange juice. We received a complementary appetizer, which consisted of some walnuts, mint leaves, leafy greens, radishes, olives and a block of feta...with petas... it's like they know me already!  woohoo! For appetizer we started off with falafel hummus, the falafels were amazing, not under done like some places, cooked perfectly and delicious!  the Hummus of course was amazing! I decided to go with shawarma, chicken, beef and lamb, which comes with fries.  OMG, so much food for what you are paying for!  Tasting the shawarma was everything you think it will be with all three meats, the veg inside was still crispy, the way it should be, everything perfect, savory and delicious. My wife went with Chicken Pita Shawarma, with fries, she said it was very well seasoned and not overcooked.. she loved it! for Desserts, my wife had the chocolate cake, it was a dark chocolate, so not over sweet, it was smooth, rich and tasty. And I went with the new item, Lavender ice cream between two vanilla wafers!  WHAT!!! love Lavender everything!  the Lavender was light and the ice cream itself was light as well, not too heavy... this was amazing! They had some amazing sauces on the table, nope, not going to try and name them, you'll have to go check it out! lol So, you love Mediterranean food, but haven't quite yet decided if you want to trek all the way out to Germantown for it.. Do it, your mouth and belly will thank you! If you're unsure if you will like it, still go, you'll like it and if you don't like this type of thing but everyone in your family does, they have Chicken Alfredo and greek salad for you so the rest of your family can try it out! And as always, tell them we sent you!

Very nice, neat, and hip looking a more Americanised Mediterranean restaurant. We started with a cocktail called ‘red carpet’ - it was quite sweet. The appetiser platter was the best. I loved their babaganoush- the smooth and smoky eggplant dip with a dash of tahini, and garlic was literally lip smacking good. The hummus and falafel was also pretty good, although disappointed with the pita. Although I guess they baked it in house- but I would call it as subpar. You can call me a snob, I don’t care! In the main entree we got a mixed kabab sampler platter. Beef sheesh kabab was moist, juicy, and smoky- I loved that. The Persian/ saffron rice with grilled tomatoes were great too. I ordered chicken shawarma in pita pocket, which was served with fries. This whole chicken shawarma stuff was disappointing. The roasted/ grilled boneless chicken pike was not very tasty- not even close to any shawarma style meat. The pita pocket was also not much fluffy - altogether subpar. Update: I visited them again, and this time they turned out to be much better. In the appetizer we got an eggplant tomato based dip with pita. The pita again was not much impressive but the dip was lip smacking good. In main course i got a beef kubideh kebab which came with Persian rice. The kebab was very soft, juicy and flavour ful. The ambiance was very laid back, and charming. I would love to go back.

I had a reservation for 6 at 6:30 here on a Saturday night. My family and I love to go here for their gyros and shawarma. The restaurant was busy, with seemingly 2 servers, one food runner, and two cooks. However, our order was taken promptly, and we only waited about 15 minutes for our food. And the food was absolutely delicious, as always. Three of us ordered the beef and lamb schwarma platters, only I ordered the couscous platter and added beef and lamb schwarma to it (instead of the rice). The schwarma comes without the sauce (in the picture I added the sauce). They give you two sauces to choose from, one is pretty spicy, but they're both equally tasty. We then had baklava and their chocolate mousse for dessert, and they did not disappoint. The only reason we deducted a star was because there were so few servers, it took us a while to get our drinks refilled and get the check. One of the servers, a younger girl, came to our table once the entire time we were there, and seemed more attentive to the other half of the restaurant. The other server (who I am assuming is the owner, as he is always there) was very friendly but busy. This is easily the best Israeli/Middle Eastern food in Memphis. Try the schwarma!

First time there. Reviews for me there, but either they do not know real Mediterranean food, or we just had dumb luck. Loving Greek and Mediterranean, from Jersey to Greece. We love it. I know what I like, I know how it's usually served and with, and especially the taste. I should have known something was wrong when the children's menu looked like Perkins. If In Mediterranean, why shouldn't they have at least one or two dishes??? Next, ordered a large sample plate for me and my 10 yr old. We told her that we will share. A sec later she asks my daughter what she wants?? We said that my app is our dinner, please bring with my husbands entry . She brings his dinner first. Then places ours down. I eat humus and babaknosh All the years, it's been olive oil and lemon on side Never have I seen either smothered in Paprika If I knew that's how they did it I would have asked for none, so I called her back, explained I'm allergic, can she please get me two others. She went into charging extra, like she didn't understand, she wanted to take the whole dish back and I was like, we aren't going to eat it and why take all this other stuff off the plate The grape leaves, which should be made fresh daily, were sticky and so chewy. There was no yogurt or tahini for the falafels which were way over cooked. The new humus and babaknosh were better after I added fresh lemon Then time to go, asked for container, she brings boxes with her fingers inside the open box. She hands me this machine that says 70.00$$ I was like what? No way, can I see my bill please. She prints it out and all of a sudden it's 54$ with tax. She was probably charging me for the" extra non paprika stuff. I should have taken pictures, first time I hadn't. If you want Greek, I heard there was another place right down the street that is the counter and a whole lot better Can't wait to try it. Blew 65 bucks on...
