I am appalled at the customer experience I received this morning at the Gibbsboro Dunkin' Donuts located on Lakeview Drive in Gibbsboro, NJ 08026, at approximately 8:35 AM, by a cashier and someone who identified himself as the manager.
Upon my persistence, I finally determined his name is Shan, after several initial requests, and his refusal to provide it.
I presented a $10 bill to the cashier to pay for a $6.00 meal deal; the total cost of the order, with tax was $6.40. The cashier requested I provide a different bill. When I asked why, she repeated she couldn't take the bill. I requested to speak with the manager.
The cashier spoke with Shan in Hindi, then again informed me that she could not accept the bill. Shan then said the bill doesn't have the stripe on it, and he can't accept it. With a dismissive attitude, and curt tone and manner, he referred me to TD Bank.

I cancelled my order, and went directly to my WSFS bank branch, spoke with the Assistant Manager, who confirmed the $10 bill is real. She said it is an older bill, but underscored it is an authentic bank note, and should have been accepted.

But today I was in a rush this was the closest Dunkin, and wow I’m just as disappointed. I tried ordering, order one item and the dude is rushing me to pull up to the window, despite saying I saying I wanted to order more, the dude was rude and snarky didn’t listen was just trying to rush orders. Again I’m in a rush today so I order my coffee (I never get cream and sugar for myself) so I ordered two pumpkin caramel coffee 1 cream and sugar 1 no cream or sugar just flavoring and black. To little surprise yet again they get the coffee wrong! I don’t have the time to go back so I’m just gonna buy an energy drink at work. Last time I had an issue they refused to fix the coffee with milk despite ordering almond milk and mentioning it was due to an allergy, so doubt I’ll ever go here again. What if I were allergic to peanuts?! 🤬 My daughter wanted light ice in her refresher. Being that our "barista" forgot, she instead just poured out ice along with the strawberry flavor on top, leaving it to taste like regular green tea. The cherry on top is, I asked for a refund bc my iced coffee taste burnt and like peanut butter & my daughter's refresher had zero flavor. No one there knew how to process a refund. I have the entire conversation on video from the camera in my car. I will be disputing this charge and never going back to this location again. About a year ago they gave me expired product.
