Yesterday(7/28/25) was my 1st time@One Green Leaf Dispensary; I was there to buy a vape that has an Indica, a sativa, and hybrid abilities to switch to the one that you want on the vape, but when I went to pay with my debit card, it wouldn’t let me do it even though I had the money in my account. So I asked the ladies there why it was doing that when all I was doing was making a purchase and they explained to me that they treat it like it’s a cash ATM withdrawal. However, I had reached The max amount allotted for ATM withdrawals for the day, so I tried to transfer the amount to my other card. When I let you use my Visa credit card,it didn’t work; that’s when they explained to me that you can only pay with cash or debit due to pot not being legal/regulated on the federal level. Then their machine was trying to charge me an extra $3.50 just for using my debit card instead of cash (WHICH IS A RIP OFF&UTTERLY REDICULOUS!)!! At that point, I said that I would come back later with cash, which I did. But when I got home, I saw that there weren’t any instructions for the vape in the bag or in the packaging: it has these funky symbols@the very bottom with one button so you can switch from the sativa to the Indica or you hit the button that lights up for both the Indica and the sativa to give you a hybrid… The only problem is they don’t tell you at all what the colors mean!! So I have no idea what color correlates to the Indica, which one correlates to the sativa, and which color combination is for the hybrid! I went on their website to look it up, but it didn’t tell me anything about that at all! I even went on YouTube and tried to find out the answer as to what color combo chives up to the different pot types on the vape! They should have explained it to me while I was in the store, given that I told them that this was my first time being there! The product is very good, even despite the fact that I don’t know which one I’m hitting, lol, but the customer, product explanation/educating the consumer about the products,&the employees communication/“in-house” help with Store-related items/products overall is lacking, needs for improvement, and honestly, the two female staff had me so confused that I felt flustered and filled with anxiety and frustrated over the whole situation because I had to end up tapping the ATM three times because of their lack of communication and explanation of their store policy, (what I should expect/&)the explanation of their product(s), etc. It was very poorly rated on my(the) consumer (dis)satisfaction scale! So that’s why I only gave them three stars...
Read moreI’ve come here multiple times but unfortunately today will be the last. I placed an online order & was emailed a confirmation that stated the price that I would pay after tax. When I got there I was offered to use $3 off rewards discount & I agreed. The price after using it came to $2 MORE than what I was supposed to pay initially according to the confirmation email. I couldn’t care less about the price difference. I spend hundreds of dollars on weed from several dispensaries regularly. But I fully expect to pay the actual price that was given to me via their website & the confirmation email they sent. I was treated as if I was causing the issue even after showing them the email i received from them. A lady actually came and asked me what was going on & handled it as if it was a customer service issue when that was never the issue. The issues are their system not correctly reflecting the prices they have online, them over charging customers, & also how they overall handled the situation. She claimed to have fixed the issue & her solution only brought my total to a dollar less than what I should’ve paid & they still took my points for $3 off. So instead of paying $41.95 which should’ve been my actual total minus the $3 off I was charged $43.36 which is clearly incorrect and I still lost points that came from me spending money with this establishment. I know it probably seems like a very small issue to most but to me it’s the principle. If your website states a price that’s the price the customer should be charged. I feel like I was pretty much ripped off & the employees did not care at all even thought it was their mistake. Last time shopping here. Word of advice visit Indigo...
Read moreAlways good smoke at a good price! The inside is clean and usually isn’t crowded. The staff are always super friendly. They also have a drive thru!
Edit: Unfortunately I have to knock a few stars off after 5 months of doing a LOT of business with OGL. Much like other dispensaries around the area. They started off great. However, since they started working on expanding, the quality of service, and availability of product has gone way down. Some of the nicer faces moved on. That’s not to say the current folks are mean, they are just indifferent. The business, as I found out today, is now not even opened for the entirety of their business hours.
Today, I placed a drive thru order, paid dutchie so they wouldn’t have to worry about cash since it was getting late in the day. I ordered at around 8pm on the website. My order didn’t get confirmed until almost 9pm. As soon as I got the confirmation I rushed over. It had taken so long to confirm that I honestly thought they weren’t going to fill it at all, but since I got it with about 15 minutes left, I headed over. It’s about a 5 minute drive. I arrived at the drive thru window at exactly 8:55pm. The blinds were closed and no one could be seen in the store. I tried to go in but was stopped by security telling me they were closed. It had just turned 9pm when he approached me from around the corner. I tried to explain I had been there at the window. He didn’t seem to care as he walked off having a smoke. If they weren’t going to bother staying the full time, they shouldn’t even have filled the order and got hopes up. I would rather that than wasting people’s time.
