Filiberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Gilbert

The customer service is horrible. The females that was assisting us on the cashier was very rude. I had ordered a total of seven burritos, and she stated that I would get one bag of jalapeños with carrots that contained three pieces of carrots and two pieces of jalapeño. She was very rude when she was speaking to us when we picked up our order when we had asked if there was any way that she would provide us a little bit of more carrots. She mentioned that the policy is only one bag of carrots, and we would be needed to charge for any additional bags. Again, I have ordered seven burritos, and she only wanted to provide one bag of carrots. After arguing with her, she stated that she would give us three bags of carrots, but was very rude about it. Used to love filibertos is a great place to eat. They had good burritos for a great price. Now just hit and miss. Some days the The burritos are good some days they're not some days the taquitos are good some days they're burnt some days they're undercooked some days the rice is good some days the rice is overcooked or undercooked you can never depend on getting a correct meal anytime. I can burn rice at home I can undercook rice at home I can overcook taquitos at home I can make horrible beans at home that's not why I go out. I don't go out to eat food that I can screw up at home. I wish restaurants would realize that people can screw up food at home and they don't go out for screwed up food that they can screw up at home and they won't pay for food they can...

rushed us through the drive thru didn't listen to what we want. All we wanted was a carne burrito and #16. we waited. The guy gave us nothing but attitude. I tried to verify he had everything correct when we got to the window gave attitude and said it was all correct. We paid for it and got the receipt… missing the whole #16. I tried to tell him and He just kept asking me what salsa I wanted. didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted. I like sprite and he gave me some fake dr pepper. Made us go back all the way around the drive thru just to give us more attitude. and made us pay didn’t give us a discount or a sorry. Never coming back to this location again. So...
