SOZEAL Asian Cuisine (Mandarin Chef) — Restaurant in Gilbert

First time we went to this place was tonight. We ordered online and it gave us our total. It also said it would not charge our card until we got there. When we walked in the card was already charged for a higher amount. When we questioned it the owner said she Will call the online company and have it fixed that one of the items is priced wrong. She didn't want to give us our money back. Then when we checked our order it was short a rice. She said they gave us bigger one instead. Website didn't say that. It showed we should have more rice. The owner didn't want to fix it again. Told her this is our first time here and our last time here. Can't believe a company can charge you more give you less then you ordered and still stay in business. Won't do business here again and people eating there know it as well now. This was our fav Chinese spot near us but after our recent experience with delivery we're not sure we'll be back. We ordered delivery from the restaurant's website and pre selected a $5 and some change tip putting our total at around $38 including tip, delivery fee, etc. but upon delivery my partner handed the driver a $50 bill to which he just took and started to walk away. My partner asked nicely if there was change as the tip was already included and he just kind of said the restaurant didn't tell him to bring change? And didn't offer any kind of resolution. It just all felt very uncomfortable and like we were fully being taken advantage of being that he knew the restaurant was closing in less than an hour and we obviously weren't gonna send him back to the restaurant (not that he offered). Food was not bad. I don't know why they put half of one pinapple in fried rice. Thats okay.

But service is terrible. The lady was so rude. I ordered fried rice and she served food on the table and I started eating. After 2 mins I called her. She did not even look at me and said come here(to the counter) and order. Again I told her I just need hot sauce. She went inside and brought hot sauce left it on the counter and asked me to come and pick it. I was shocked with her response.bcoz I was already sitting and eating. It is just 10 steps for her to walk and give me hot saice. Never seen this kind of attitude anywhere else. In my culture we never make a person gerup while they are eating. She was so rude.
