BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Gilbert

Just got back from a late night donut run to share with my family and the customer service was TERRIBLE! The asian guy working was so rude. He talked on his personal phone for 10 mins while I had to stand there and wait. Then he made me a smoothie and said I could exchange it for another one because I didn't like the flavor, but after it was already made he tried to charge me for it and yelled at me. Also spoke half Chinese half english to his co working talking bad about me so I could hear. Also the 2nd smoothie was just as disgusting as the 1st. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Came in around 7am this morning, as I was waiting in line to be served, a older Asian decent lady opened the door, came into the shop walked behind the counter, and started helping customers WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! I stated that she did not wash her hands, so did another customer and she ignored us and continued to grab donut trays with her bare hands and touch other food items. The other worker man tried to tell her and she ignored him too. Notifying the Health Department, I can only imagine, what other unsanitary habits they have, that people don’t know about. The owner of the bosa donuts has a discussing manner. She doesn’t even say hello and when my daughter tries to ask for a straw she would ignore her. I went up to her and before I told her to get a straw, she would not even look at me and give me a straw. Do NOT go to the bosa donut becuase she dosent have a good manner. I give this place a 1 star. Or not even a one star.. a zero star. The worst one is that there is bees in the bosa donuts.
