Subway — Restaurant in Gilbert

Simply delish. Service is fast and the subs are delectable. Only thing I disagree with is the price of a small drink. No matter if it's soda, water, etc...it's nearly $3.00!!! ATROCIOUS. This last visit I was disappointed in the way the woman treated me also. She never smiled, nor thanked me - I could have bought a 6" sub for my drink price!. I have a service dog who is tall. Since I just went in to order a drink...and she didn't get my Gatorade, I went and got it out of the cooler myself. She had pointed for me to get my own..As I reached for the bottle she yelled at me saying she didn't want my dog's nose near the cooler?! I was not expecting her rude service so I was surprised. Glad I didn't leave her a tip for doing nothing and insulting me in front of a family. I got my drink and we left promptly. Any other time, I would have given 4 or 5 stars. It was my 1st & last visit to this location. When will establishments teach their employees that customer service is #1! When will large chains start loosing business because they "feel" they can afford to treat their customers with bad attitudes instead of good, friendly service? NO COMPANY IS THAT GREAT! Sure left a LINGERING BAD TASTE...

The female workers here were very rude. I ordered a kids meal with milk and apples. All the bags of apples were frozen (not like kinda frozen--like solid). So I took them up to the counter. And the lady said "well that's all we have." And offered no other solution. So I asked if I could switch to a bag of chips. She grumpily agreed to the switch. Then as I opened my son's milk I noticed it too was frozen (again, solid...not ice chunks floating in milk). So I took it up to the counter and after being ignored by BOTH female workers after saying excuse me a few times for a few minutes. I asked loudly across the room if I could switch for a cup since the milk was frozen. Then she came over to me, offered no apology and no solution. So I asked if I could have a kids fountain drink instead (since I assume the juice will also be frozen). She was visibly annoyed and asked me if I had opened the milk. Yes, I did, he was planning on drinking it until I saw it was frozen. Then she begrudgingly said I could switch out the milk for a drink cup. I will not return. Do you know what's wrong with Subway? Everything. This particular subway just doesn't do any coupons because they don't feel like it. Ordering a toasted sandwich isn't even warm when sitting down to eat it. You are paying $10 for a "six inch" sub with drink and chips. Honestly I don't understand how places like this are still in business. And just to put the icing on the cake, the lady who was helping me was in the middle of phone call on her personal cell phone wile she was "helping" me. And as I sat down the business phone rang 2 times and she refused to pick it up. Even going so far as to look at the phone wile it was ringing and then...
