Uncle Bears Brewery — Restaurant in Gilbert

I recently had the pleasure of attending a friends sons birthday party at Uncle Bears Brewery, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make the event special for all of our guests. The brewery itself was beautifully decorated and provided the perfect atmosphere for our celebration.

The beer selection was fantastic and everyone in our group was able to find something they loved. The food was also delicious and generously portioned. The staff was attentive and made sure that everyone had a great time.

But what really set this brewery apart was their willingness to accommodate our needs, they even provided a separate space for children to play and enjoy themselves.

Overall, I highly recommend Uncle Bears Brewery for any special occasion or just a casual night out. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially the general manager, Filippo, and the atmosphere is inviting, and the beer and food are top-notch. I will definitely be returning...

This location is vastly different than the other Uncle Bears locations. This location is the brewery so it's essentially a big warehouse that they've added a bunch of beer taps into part of the building. The food menu is very small compared to their other locations. There is no deep fried anything, no fries, no onion rings no anything deep-fried so the only sides that you get are bags of chips. They have maybe one style of hamburger on the menu and some other miscellaneous stuff that comes from a food trailer, not a food truck, a food trailer, so the food selection is very small. If you want to go here and sit at the bar & drink beer, Play cornhole, video games, and pinball this place is amazing for you. The patio is very small and the wood picnic tables on the patio are old and been soaking in water and sun rotted and lots of wood slivers, they need to be resanded and painted. Need a fun and friendly place to enjoy a drink on the weekends - definitely think about visiting Uncle Bears.

We learned that there are other locations that have more food options like a restaurant but this spot is there actual taproom and it’s got a special vibe. There is a food truck with the perfect snacks to get you through a few drinks.

Outside there are picnic tables to sit outside when the weather is nice and inside there is a decent sized bar, bar top tables, a few booths and a lounge sitting area.

Marissa is the best bartender and has been super friendly and honestly is the reason we have continued to come back each weekend! She is patient and makes great conversation in helping you find your perfect pour.
